Unlike so many other genre conventions, Creation Entertainment has a strict company policy not to "oversell" our conventions. In other words, every patron, no matter what bracket of ticket they purchase, will have a seat in the main auditorium where the major guests appear and events take place. Nothing upsets us more than hearing about other conventions that sell tickets to patrons and then those very same patrons have to wait on additional lines inside the facility to get into (or sometimes not!) the main theatre. An important Creation Entertainment difference we want you to know about!

The Creation difference extends to our 40 years experience in running fan conventions. In the last few years we've seen promoter after promoter fail taking hard earned ticket money down with them. Inexperienced promoters, often first-timers, use celebrity images and names to get ticket money which they use to hopefully pay their expenses. When that fails they've already gone through "your" ticket money and they collapse leaving no recourse for ticket holders. They say "buyer beware" but this has happened in other conventions and we really feel for those great fans who have lost their ticket money and upset travel plans.

**All Convention tickets have a $7.75 shipping/handling fee charged per ticket ordered. This applies to all online, phone, fax and mail orders.

***Attention Attendees: Do not purchase Creation Tickets from scalpers or anyone trying to offer tickets as you arrive at our convention locations. Each ticket is checked for authenticity at the door with a scanner and we can not let you in if your ticket is counterfeit (which has happened recently). Each ticket once scanned makes any and all copies of that same one of a kind scan void and we can only let the first person in with it. Please only buy your tickets only from Creation in advance or at the door, we seen too many nice folks lose their hard earned money this way and be turned away. Thanks, we appreciate your support!

ALL GUESTS are contracted to appear and all convention contracts specify that appearances are tentative and subject to change as film and television work demands take precedence as can a personal conflict. Our events will take place whether a specific guest cancels or not (we always try to book replacements) and therefore we can not issue admission ticket or ticket package refunds if a particular guest does not fulfill their appearance contract. Of course we will always refund separately purchased photo ops and autograph tickets for a guest if they cancel.

PHOTO TAKING POLICY AT THIS CONVENTION
We know that taking photos makes the convention even more fun and we thought it would be a good idea to share our photo taking policies for you before you arrive at the convention so you can prepare. In the auditorium, photo taking is encouraged, but only from your seat. It is unfair to run up to the stage and block the view of others who have paid for reserved seats in front of you. Even if there are empty seats, patrons must sit in the seats they paid for to be fair to everyone. Due to fire marshall regulations everyone must be seated during performances. Please also be courteous to your neighbors when taking pictures. Photo taking is not allowed during autographing sessions nor during the photo ops. Only those people who have autograph tickets may come up to get autographs. At the Gold Exclusive Parties and Breakfast: photo taking is encouraged when the guests arrive (but only from your seats). After a sufficient time for all to get their photos we ask that your cameras be placed down so the celebrities can enjoy their time at the two food functions. Thank you for understanding the need to have these few rules so everyone is safe and has fun.

The vast majority of our guest celebrities take questions from the audience during their on-stage time. Therefore it is incumbent upon those that ask questions to make them ones that allow our mutual shared time with the celebrities to be enjoyable, interesting and entertaining for all (including the guest). Asking for hugs, telling stars we love them (we all do, that's why we're here), giving gifts, getting into long personal stories, or worse, is not acceptable for this format and, in fact, is quite self-centered when you are in essence "representing" all of fandom to a celebrity. Join us in trying to make this convention the best entertainment for everyone!

In the event of convention cancellations or date changes Creation Entertainment is not responsible for patrons' costs involving travel or hotel accommodations or any other non convention ticket expenses.

Advance ticket sales are generally turned off early to mid-week of the week of the events. Tickets, if they are not sold out, are sold at the convention of course.

Here's a pic of the legendary sci-fi author/genius Isaac Asimov, a frequent visitor to our early conventions and quite a character as well! It is amazing that we got to work with him after reading so many of his books.

From the "you never know" category, here in the middle is "Young Hercules" at our Official Hercules/Xena Convention (pictured with his co-stars from that short lived series). He's better known by his real name today: Ryan Gosling, an incredible actor doing wonderful work in feature films.

Karl Urban, Kevin Smith and Danielle Cormack
Back in the heyday of Xena popularity we had the pleasure of meeting some of New Zealand's top talents as they often guested on the series which was filmed in that beautiful country. Left to right: Karl Urban who went onto major stardom as Star Trek's new Dr. McCoy, Kevin Smith, one of our all-time favorite guests, on the verge of international fame when he was killed in a tragic accident, and Danielle Cormack who continues to perform in New Zealand.

Robert Englund
For over two decades we had the pleasure of presenting the country's leading horror fan conventions, Fangoria's Weekend of Horrors with the popular magazine and illustrious editor Tony Timpone. These shows were a breeding ground for up and coming genre talent and that makes us proud. Here, one of the icons of the field, Robert Englund, on stage.

Bruce Lee Action Figure
During one crazy phase we started manufacturing action figures and selling them in Toys R Us amongst other national retailers. Bruce Lee was probably are most realistic looking figure, but we also had success with Saturday Night Live figures and Drew and Mimi from The Drew Carey Show.

Farscape Convention
It had one of the most loyal and passionate fan movements behind it and a gloriously talented cast of performers working with amazing and intelligent scripts. We were delighted to be associated with this incredible and still missed series and it was always a special pleasure to work with star Ben Browder.

Early Creation Convention
We were ahead of the times back in the 80's with conventions mixing all sorts of fan favorites together. Usually all the different fandoms got along and it is nice to see that Dr. Who is more popular than ever. We were licensees back in the day and worked with many of the earlier Doctors, including, of course, the larger than life Tom Baker.

Comic book and entertainment fans owe much to the legendary JACK KIRBY, the revered talent who co-created the Marvel mythology and made many early appearances with us, among his most devoted followers. Although his passing never allowed Jack to see the amazing success of his characters in film we do know that his appearances at conventions always brought down the house!

It is always great when we can personally thank a performer for an absolutely beautifully done job and that was just the treat when John Noble appeared in Feb. of 2013 wrapping up his epic FRINGE series, one of our all-time favorite shows!

Alfre Woodard
The beautiful and talented Alfre Woodard graced her stages to reminisce about her appearance in Star Trek as Lily in the movie Star Trek: First Contact, but of course she is best known for being an Academy Award and Grammy nominated actress as well as having an incredible 17 Emmy nominations (winning four).

Our Vegas Star Trek Convention is ALWAYS full of surprises! Sir Patrick Stewart joins William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy in this once in a lifetime moment! We're glad we were there!

The impeccable Ricardo Montalban created Star Trek's most popular villian as Khan but in person he truly was one of a kind and his two appearances for us were definitely amongst the most memorable! He is sorely missed by all Trekkers and was indeed a Hollywood classic himself!

2016 brought us the exciting news that one of our very favorite shows of all time, Disney/ABC’s ONCE UPON A TIME, shared a huge and loyal following of fellow fans that made a convention tour of its own truly possible as evidenced by the sold out crowds that greeted our first area OUAT Official events in our first year. They were amazing weekends of fun joined by folks who loved the show as much as we did and the cosplay was truly extraordinary. So much has happened in the past year that has made OUAT fandom grow even bigger so we are VERY proud to be bringing The Official Tour back in 2017 headlined by an outstanding array of ultra-talented stars PLUS ALL THE 2017 GATHERINGS ARE THREE DAYS LONG: MORE GUESTS, MORE EVENTS, MORE FUN, but with THE VERY SAME CREATION promise: every seat guarantees you to see every guest you want to, unlike every other fan convention: no waiting, no worrying: just the very best vacation we can offer: it’s the Creation difference and the way we as fans want our conventions to be: not overly crowded messes: everyone gets what they came for!

Every once in a blue moon a television series captures the hearts of viewers who become passionate about their love of the storyline, the look and feel of the show, and the actors that breathe life into the characters we come to cherish. Karen will be signing in Elliott’s place for Gold and Silver. Elliott’s autograph and photo op tickets may be used for Karen’s autograph and photo op sessions or you can see registration any time during open hours for a credit voucher. The voucher is good for any autograph, photo op, admission or Creation merchandise (as still available at the show). If you’d like a refund for our VOUCHER, please send edrod@creationent.com YOUR VOUCHER within ONE MONTH OF THE CONVENTION.
For those not part of the Gold and Silver Packages, Karen’s autograph will be on sale at the convention, as will her photo ops.
KAREN DAVID will also be doing a 30-minute private meet & greet on Saturday (it WILL conflict with Colin’s meet & greet). These are available at the convention for $150.

Regarding the issue of alcoholic beverages at the convention: we do not allow alcohol to be present in our function rooms including the main theatre. This includes daily panel events and any night events. We kindly ask, for the evening event(s), you do not bring bags unless necessary. Water stations will be available in the room and, for those that have special medical needs, you can discreetly discuss those with security before entering and we will do bag checks. We regret that we've had to take this measure, but we must protect our audience and celebrities and we’ve been advised that this is a necessity. We retain the right not to allow entrance into any of the events to anyone who shows up appearing intoxicated.

ADA Rules on service animals: This event welcomes service animals as per The ADA rules. Service animals perform valuable work or tasks and are trained to provide help directly related to a person's disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and therefore are not permitted at our event.

All guests are announced when contracted, and all convention contracts include clauses allowing actors to cancel if they get film and/or television work. In the rare case of a guest cancellation we always try to do our best to replace performers. We cannot, however, refund tickets for a convention admission based on a guest cancellation, beyond of course specific autograph and/or photo op tickets which are not included in packages.

For those attending our conventions and making travel plans: please know that the majority of guests that appear on stage do so usually in the later part of the day (although that is sometimes different for actors working on a current series). Sometimes autographing runs into the evening or later when guests appear late in the day. Because we have to wait for guests to give us their flight information we cannot tell you in advance when these autograph sessions will occur until the convention schedule is posted at this website a few days before the event. For those out of towners that want to guarantee autographs of stars appearing on Sunday we do suggest staying over or planning a later leaving time.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL! We do suggest buying tickets only from the original source: through this website. Because all tickets are scanned for use at the convention we can ONLY allow the first person in using each singular ticket. Autograph and photo op tickets are also scanned for one time use. WE’VE NOTICED A PICKUP IN BOGUS TICKETS and well-meaning fans being ripped off by those that have just resold copied tickets.

Flashes occur from phone and cameras often during stage presentations. If you are sensitive to such lighting please be advised to take the necessary precautions. For our attendees please keep flash photography to a minimum and try to learn how to get the best pictures in different lighting situations. Generally flash is not the best way to take photos at the convention. We will attempt to have a more detailed note page of getting the best pictures at conventions available soon.

Fan Set Tours

A SUPER-SPECIAL EVENT: ONCE UPON A TIME SET VISITS

We have confirmed set visits for 2017 in Vancouver, a truly unique, extremely unheard of event that is open to a very limited number of folks, our GOLD WEEKEND MEMBERS. Very, very rarely do fans of a TV show actually get to visit and in our 45 year history we were only able to arrange it for the great fans of STARGATE, and here we are again at the same studio, so fate once again has touched another wonderful group of fans thanks to the awesome production team of this series! One of the show’s Producers of OUAT will take a select group of attendees through many of the standing sets of the show, located at world famous Bridge Studios (they built the Golden Gate Bridge there when it was a metal foundry before being converted to a movie studio!) in Burnaby. We will provide bus transfers from the hotel to the sets and back. The tours take place on SATURDAY MORNING to early afternoon, and though later tours may miss an early guest we will try to have it be a guest that will be seen one of the other days or times of the show and not a major superstar guest in any case if that is not possible. Programming itself will begin later in the day on Saturday and end a bit later than normal as well.

Our visits to the Once Upon A Time standing sets are approximately 90 minutes of many of the iconic sets from the show, including Mr. Gold’s Pawn Shop, The Mayor’s Office, Granny’s Diner, the Dwarf’s Mine, Snow’s house as well as technical spaces like the amazing green screen stage where their “video village” (camera and computers that superimpose live actors onto a virtual set) is located. Michael Coleman Lee ArenbergYOUR SPECIAL MASTERS OF CEREMONIES FOR THE CONVENTION: LEE ARENBERG and MICHAEL COLEMAN

Lee currently has a recurring role as Grumpy in Once Upon a Time, but he is also known as one of Captain Barbossa’s crew in the Pirates of the Caribbean film series playing Pintel. He has also been in Californication, Pushing Daisies, four series in the Star Trek franchise, Scrubs, Charmed, Arli$$, Angel, Seinfeld, and many more in an incredible 30 year television career.

Lee has been instrumental in helping to develop some of the fun entertainment events of this special Once Upon A Time Convention and we are very appreciative to have him as our master of ceremonies throughout Saturday and Sunday and the anchor of our Saturday Night Cabaret Concert Night.

Talented Michael Coleman will be our FRIDAY MASTER OF CEREMONIES. Michael has also appeared on Smallville, Supernatural, Stargate: Atlantis, Eureka, Stargate, Millennium and any, many more. He also is a writer, producer, director and FX Designer.

We are pleased to announce a VERY unique evening of entertainment for attendees on Saturday. Hosted by LEE ARENBERG and featuring selected guest celebrities we will be presenting a musical concert that is sure to please. With our other official conventions this night of live entertainment has always proved to be a true highlight of the entire weekend. TENTATIVELY: already mentioned Lee, GIL McKINNEY (who has a spectacularly beautiful voice as our Supernatural audience knows), MICHAEL COLEMAN, KAREN DAVID, KEEGAN CONNOR TRACY, and the amazing BEVERLEY ELLIOT!

ONCE UPON A CONCERT is complimentary for our Gold, Silver and Copper Patrons (who keep their same great seats they had during the day). For others a nominal fee of $35 USD grants a non-reserved seat for the night.

THIS CONCERT TICKET IS NOT A DAYTIME CONVENTION TICKET. IT IS A TICKET TO THE "ONCE UPON A CONCERT" ONLY. You do not need a daytime convention ticket in order to attend this nighttime show. Just the nighttime show ticket.

Wow, are all of us in OUAT fandom are lucky: we have two absolutely sensational singers as part of the cast and they are both participating in our ONCE UPON A CONCERT. The marvelous Gil McKinney will be doing several numbers and there’s no question that Gil is on his way to a lead on Broadway, but we got him first!   As soon as we heard Gil sing we knew he had this extraordinary voice, just as Beverley Elliott is blessed with.   All the guests participating are indeed cool to do so, we love them all as we work together to make the Saturday Nights at OUAT as much fun as our Supernatural Tours.  We can do it!

THE CREATION COSTUME PARADE

cosplay at creation eventsThe costume parade (a Creation tradition that began with our first fan convention in 1971) continues stronger than ever as cosplay has exploded in popularity and at this event we’ll get to celebrate the gorgeous wonderful costume and makeup artists on Once Upon A Time.

Come as your favorite OUAT character, or make up your own and amp up your experience at the gathering. Our actual Costume Competition takes place on Saturday. Everyone who enters wins a prize, but the best of show wins a $250 gift certificate. Start working on your costume now and let your creativity shine for all to see! Bring your camera to grab shots of our guests of course, but also of the fans who have taken the time to develop their own costumes!

We are proud to announce our famed Karaoke Celebrity Parties will now be a regular staple of our Official ONCE UPON A TIME Convention tour.  They take place FRIDAY NIGHT, hosted by Michael Coleman and featuring celebrities, generally but not always, those appearing on Friday on stage, but you never really know who will show up!   Singers are our audience members backed up by the stars also, some it’s a lot of great interactive fun for all and FREE TO EVERYONE.  Because front rows are removed this is not a seated event but there are seats in the back of the theatre.

Here’s your chance to put all that OUAT watching to good use in our famous trivia competitions. Our first, on FRIDAY, is The Yes/No Game allowing 90 players the chance to win hundreds of dollars worth of gift certificates by showing off your knowledge of all things about the series.

On Saturday and Sunday (TENTATIVELY DEPENDING ON SCHEDULING), we’ll pick a panel of experts from the attendees and then allow our audience to try and STUMP THE EXPERTS, again giving attendees a chance to pick up OUAT gifts by knowing all about the show. PLEASE NOTE: Because we are a merchandise licensee of ABC Television for ONE UPON A TIME, only products licensed by the studio are permitted for sale at the convention. Other vendors of other genre merchandise or things that might appeal to this audience are invited to attend as well. For our attendees we wanted you to know that the vendors area is small. Because of this fact, we didn't want anyone to come expecting a huge dealers room. Please also note as this is the very first official ONCE UPON A TIME Convention we are in the process of ramping up our merchandise line.

THE ONCE UPON A TIME FAN MUSIC VIDEO CONTEST

Everyone loves catching the fan-produced music videos we proudly run throughout the convention. It is always fun to share some hot music coupled with favorite scenes from ONCE UPON A TIME. We must say how very talented the "fan" editors have become based on other properties we’ve worked with on official conventions in the past. If you are a talented video editor now is your chance to show off your creativity and vie for prizes at Creation Entertainment's ONCE UPON A TIME Official Convention Tour 2016-2017.

Rules: one music video about ONCE UPON A TIME may be submitted on DVD only (please no computer-based media like CD accepted). PLEASE USE ONLY NTSC FORMAT FOR YOUR DVD. Entries are judged on the following criteria: video quality, audio quality, editing quality, inventiveness, song selection and originality. Humorous submissions are encouraged. Entries cannot be returned, and person submitting entry is granting Creation the right to play this entry in perpetuity at Creation events worldwide and/or online at the Creation website(s). Creation does not sell music videos so your entry will never be sold as a commercial product, just presented at our events/online.

Winners will receive a $100 gift certificate good for Creation Merchandise (Creation merchandise only, excludes convention, autograph and photo-op tickets). Winners will be announced and certificates awarded on site. Please tell us which specific convention the music video is for and send in your video using order confirmation or signature required in order to know if it has arrived. We do not announce winners until the event. Thanks and good luck!

Note: Due to the high volume of entries for our Music Video Contests, we are forced to limit entries to those people actually attending the specific show they are entering for. You do not have to be present for the actual showing of your video, but you must claim your award on site before the end of the weekend or your award will be forfeited.

Please make sure to bring ALL your printed out tickets to the convention as we cannot replace any tickets forgotten or lost. This holds true for all ticket-buyers domestic and outside of the United States as we no longer have a will-call or hold ticket desk. Our convention sites generally have a business office where you can print out your tickets if you have left them home by mistake. Once you present your ticket(s) at registration, photo op areas, or autograph sessions they will be scanned for legitimacy and one-time use only. Thanks!

Please do not purchase tickets second hand.

There have been too many people who unfortunately are copying their scannable tickets and reselling them to unsuspecting patrons. We turn away any ticket that comes ups SCANNED ALREADY and will let ONLY the first person in.

The only way to avoid this issue is NOT to buy tickets from anywhere but Creation’s website or at the convention itself at registration.

Please note: if you have autographs in a package you have purchased you are free to “gift” these to other people as long as they have some sort of admission ticket to the convention. Note: Guests appear ONE day of the convention, so therefore their autographing and/or photo ops take place that day, except in VERY rare occasions which will be noted. If you are not attending all days of the convention it is wise to wait until specific days of appearance are announced before purchasing autographs or photo ops. PHOTO OP TICKETS

Photo Op tickets do not include admission to the convention. You must have an admission ticket for the convention to enter into the photo op areas. Due to security considerations and guest concerns we cannot facilitate the giving of gifts to guests at the photo op sessions. YOUR ONE PHOTO OP TICKET CAN INCLUDE UP TO TWO FANS. YOU ARE ALLOWED TO HAVE UP TO FOUR FANS IN A PHOTO, HOWEVER TO DO THAT YOU WOULD NEED TO PURCHASE TWO TICKETS (TWO FANS TIMES TWO TICKETS = FOUR FANS). Because of logistics and timing and at the request of our guests and photographers we cannot accommodate over FOUR fans in any one photo op.

If you’d like a pose, you can tell it to the guests, but please make sure you have your pose ready to go. Bring a picture that shows the pose if you think you may have a hard time explaining it. If you have props, please make sure they are easily held and ready to go.

Due to time constraints, here are some of the things we cannot allow: putting on clothing, blankets, ties etc…, floor poses, handcuffs, rose petals, confetti or anything that creates a mess that requires clean up. Please do not asked to be picked up in the photo. We obviously do not want anyone to get hurt.

Please know, that if you want a hug, go for a “hug shot”. Please do not ask for a hug before or after the photo is taken as it takes up someone else’s photo op time.

Your photo will be taken by Creation's all knowing and super-powerful official staff photographers. They take the best pictures, make the stars comfortable & willing to pose more freely with fans, and generally are beloved by all. Creation Entertainment holds a "block" of rooms for our attendees. These blocks of rooms have a lower rate than standard rates at the hotel, but they also have a "cut-off" point after which hotels may choose to revert back to their own higher rates for our customers. Usually this cut-off date is one month prior to the event, but this does vary. Therefore it is always wise to book your rooms for our conventions as early as possible.

CREATION’S RULES AND REGULATIONS

Thanks for being with us! We really appreciate your visit and want to make sure you have the absolute best time! With that in mind a few rules to keep everyone safe:

1) ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT THE CONVENTION: Due to the severity of infractions that have occurred, we have been advised that we can no longer allow alcohol to be present in our function rooms including the main theatre. This includes daily panel events, the karaoke party, the Saturday night concert, meet & greets and tours. We kindly ask, for the evening events (Karaoke, Saturday Night Concert), you do not bring bags. Water stations will be available in the room. For those that have special medical or other needs that require bags, you can discreetly discuss those with security before entering and they will do a quick bag check for any items that are not permissible. All bags are open to inspection at any time. We regret that we’ve had to take this measure, but we must protect our audience and celebrities. We retain the right not to allow entrance into any of the events to anyone who shows up appearing intoxicated. We will call hotel security or the police, if necessary, to protect our audience.

2) PHOTO OPS: Poses are at the discretion of the actor. If you’d like a pose, you can tell it to the guests, but please make sure you have your pose ready to go. Bring a picture showing the pose if you think you may have a hard time explaining it. If you have props, please make sure they are easily held and ready to go. Here are some of the things we can’t allow: putting on clothing, blankets, ties, boas, water or nerf guns, floor poses, handcuffs, rose petals, glitter, confetti or anything that creates a mess that requires clean-up, also touching or pretending to touch the face. Please do not asked to be picked up in the photo. If you’d like a “dip” pose, we ask that you do not expect the actor to support your weight. We do not want anyone to get hurt. If you want a hug, go for a “hug shot.” Please do not ask for a hug before or after the photo is taken as it takes up someone else’s photo op time. In place of sharing personal stories, post them on social media sites as requested by the celebrities. Please respect everyone’s time including fellow fans, actors and staff. We only sell a certain number of photo ops at each show, which has not changed, and want to make sure everyone gets the best photo op they possibly can. But we need your help in not slowing down the process.

Read the full schedule for directions on when to show up for your photo ops as some sessions are called from the theatre by ticket number so you can relax, not wait on a huge line and overcrowd the photo op area. If calling of numbers is not indicated on the schedule, photo ops are done on a first come, first serve basis. Please be on time for your photo op as they move quickly and we cannot do re-takes. Special poses are at the discretion of the actors and could be based on flights, scheduling or other issues.

PHOTO OPS may be picked up in the photo pick up area when available. Full information on when photos will be ready is on a hand-out available in the photo op room. Personal photo-taking is not allowed in the photo op room at any time. Please put cell phones away when you’re in the photo ops room. We try our best to catch light glare on glasses, but it is extremely difficult to detect during the session. Be advised that we cannot be responsible for glare if you choose to leave your glasses on in your photo. Photo ops may be used for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Each photo op ticket can include up to two fans and you can have up to four fans (two tickets required) in one photo. We cannot accommodate more than four fans in any one photo. If you are accompanying a fan, but will not be in the photo, you must wait outside of the photo ops room unless you are with a minor or assisting someone with special needs, then you may wait on the other side of the room.

The photo op experience is a highlight of the weekend for many fans. With everyone following the above rules, we can offer the type of experience that everyone wants and we want to deliver!

3) MAIN THEATRE RULES: PLEASE SIT ONLY IN THE SEAT YOU PURCHASED. PHOTO TAKING is from your seats only, don’t rush the stage when guests appear. NO SELFIE STICKS! Please limit flash (which does not make your photos better unless you are in the first few rows) photography. Those with sensitivity to flash please be aware that it does occur. Photos taken at our events are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.

4) AUTOGRAPHING: Please have your items for signature out and ready during autograph sessions. Please move quickly through the line and refrain from sharing personal stories with the celebrities. We greatly understand the tremendous impact and help that Once Upon a Time and its stars have given to many, but the sharing of those heart wrenching stories are better delivered to their social media sites where they can see and read them, not at the convention which is a celebration and a place where we join together with them to have fun. Personalizing is at the discretion of the celebrity signing and/or may be affected by guest flights or other scheduling issues. No signing of body parts or asking for quotes. Should personalizing be offered, it will be NAME ONLY as long as you have a stickie with your name on it on your item. You must bring something to have signed, either from home or an item purchased on site. Photo-taking of the celebrity guests during autograph sessions is not allowed. Only those with an autograph ticket may go up to the autograph table. If you are accompanying a fan, but do not have an autograph ticket, you must wait in another area until the process is finished, unless you are with a minor or assisting someone with special needs, then you may wait on the other side of the autograph area. If you have trouble standing let us know, if you are in a wheelchair or scooter please go with your row or by your number. Celebrities have the right to refuse to sign items that are deemed inappropriate.

5) VOLUNTEERS: Our volunteers are here to help you and we thank them for doing so. However, if you have an issue with ANYONE or ANYTHING please let Adam, Stephanie or Connie know AT the convention so they can solve the problem. They can’t help immediately if you don’t tell them on-site when it happens. They’re easy to find – Adam is usually at the tech desk, Stephanie can be found through registration and Connie is wearing all red. Just ask!

6) AUDIO/VIDEO: At the request of some of our guests, no video/audio capturing or LIVE STREAMING! Anyone caught live streaming will be asked to leave.

7) CELL PHONES: Please turn cell phones off or to vibrate and refrain from talking when theatre is active.

8) Q&As: Some of our major star questions are done by lottery and names of winners are posted. We do not allow questions to be yelled from the audience if you did not get picked. Disruptive yelling will cause your removal from the session and convention without refund. ONLY ONE QUESTION MAY BE ASKED TO A CELEBRITY BY A FAN. PLEASE NO PERSONAL STORIES ABOUT YOURSELF. See above rule #4 about sharing personal stories. If you are lucky enough to get to ask a question, please do not ask for hugs or birthday requests. As you are representing all of us, kindly make your question a good well-thought-out one and perhaps something the guests have not been asked before. If you are in the question line, stand all the way to the side, as to not block the view of others. Q&A sessions start at the listed time and end at the listed time of the next stage activity.

9) AUTOGRAPH & PHOTO OP TICKETS: Please purchase autographs, photo ops & printed photos during Registration & Vendors Room hours! Tickets & merchandise will not be available once closed.

10) PRIVATE MEET & GREETS: Almost always starts on time. If you miss it, we cannot make up the time. Potential conflicts are posted in the schedule, so PLEASE make sure you follow the instructions in your meet & greet listing. If you need help, please let us know! Please bring your photo ID.

11) SECOND-HAND TICKETS: We don’t recommend buying tickets from anywhere but the Creation website or registration. All scannable tickets are checked and we can only allow the first one that goes through. After that, tickets with the same sku will come up as previously scanned. As of late, there have been more nice fans being taken advantage of when buying secondhand tickets, so please be careful! There is nothing we can do if your ticket shows up as previously scanned.

12) LOST OR MISPLACED ITEMS: As with any ticketed event, we are not responsible for lost or misplaced tickets. We cannot replace autograph or photo op tickets that are purchased at the convention, so PLEASE make sure your tickets are kept in a safe place.

13) CURRENCY: Please note that all expenditures at the convention for tickets, merchandise, photo ops, etc. are done in American dollars and will be converted as such on your credit cards. Depending on the rate of exchange at the time your credit card processes, if you are not from America, the price(s) may vary.

14) HARASSMENT POLICY: Creation is dedicated to providing a safe and harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, age or religion. We firmly believe in the ideals of one of our mentors, Star Trek’s creator, Gene Roddenberry. We do not tolerate harassment of any kind from anyone. Patrons violating these rules may be expelled from the convention (without a refund) at Creation’s discretion and hotel security may be called in to facilitate this response. If you have any issues with anyone, please ask to speak to Adam, Stephanie or Connie immediately. All of them are available on-site and can be reached through registration or by the convention MC/Host. Issues of this importance should not be handled by our volunteers, as great as they are.

15) SMOKE-FREE: Creation events are smoke-free environments, which includes vaping and e-cigarettes.

16) SERVICE ANIMALS: This event welcomes service animals as per the ADA rules. Service animals perform valuable work or tasks and are trained to provide help directly related to a person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and therefore are not permitted at our event.

17) RAFFLES/FUNDRAISING: Raffles and fundraising are not allowed at Creation events.

Please abide by these rules when attending our gatherings. Creation reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not following the rules above.

6:30 pm 2018 UPGRADES! Here’s where the great fans who already reserved their Gold Packages for next year get to try and get even better seats! We are coming back to the beautiful WESTIN BAYSHORE HOTEL on March 16-18, 2018 with amazing talent to be announced! Please pick up your UPGRADE FORM at Registration when you arrive, fill out the form and return to Registration by 2:00 pm on Sunday. When you return your form, you will be given an “Upgrade number.” The sooner you turn in the form, the better number you’ll receive! Upgrade numbers are handed out on a first come, first served basis and the lower number you receive, the sooner you’ll be called up to try and get a better seat! If you’d like to keep your same great seat, just put a checkmark in the box that says “To Keep Your Seat, Please Check Here.” Thanks and we’ll see you next year!

HARASSMENT POLICY: Creation Entertainment is dedicated to providing a safe and harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of race, age, religion, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, or physical appearance. One or more of them is available at each of our conventions and they can be reached through registration or by the convention MC/Host. Issues of this importance should not be handled by our volunteers, as great as they are.

By attending Creation events you agree to allow your image to be used on our website and in news documentaries or stories, either filmed by Creation Entertainment or other entities.

All ticket prices are subject to change, please order as early as possible.

As we've said it has never happened, but we want to have a fair scenario in place it if does occur.

Flashes occur from phone and cameras often during stage presentations. If you are sensitive to such lighting please be advised to take the necessary precautions.
