They say that all good things must come to an end, and it is with sadness that today, February 6, 2018, we learned that ONCE UPON A TIME, the wonderful show we love, is wrapping up its seven year run with the current season. Therefore we have made our 2018 ONCE UPON A TIME Conventions a FAREWELL TOUR honoring all the great years of entertainment. Join us as we too wrap up our OUAT Official CONVENTION Tours with these gatherings. And a hearty thank you to all our great fellow fans and the stars that made this series and our past conventions times we’ll always remember!

Once Upon a Time has swept fans away with magical storytelling, lovable characters and a clever retelling of the classics we all grew up with. Through the years we’ve all been dedicated fans of the series and grown to love the characters and the performers who brought them to life. It has indeed been an honor and pleasure to present Official Conventions for the show and bring the talented cast live and in-person to their fans across the country. Now with the series drawing to a close it is time to roll out the red carpet one more time in BURBANK for one final celebration and to let our guests know how much they have meant to us.

April 9, 2018: We have just booked Jared Gilmore (Young Henry Mills) for all three days of the convention. On Friday, he will be signing on a complimentary basis for those in Gold (as well as for those with his separate autograph ticket). Non-Gold patrons can purchase his autograph on the site and/or if still available at the convention. If you are a Gold Patron and not attending Friday, Jared will still sign on a complimentary basis for you either of the other two days.
Note: Michael Coleman will not be appearing at this convention. Those with separate items with Michael (separately purchased autographs and/or photo ops or duo photo ops), will receive a VOUCHER when you arrive good for purchase of any other autograph, photo op or admission ticket or Creation merchandise. Creation Entertainment has the right to refuse service to anyone who interferes with the safety and well-being of other patrons, staff, actors, Creation Entertainment and the establishment itself. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment of any kind both in advance and/or at a particular event, illegal activity, unreasonable rowdiness, patrons lacking adequate hygiene and inconsideration to others. Refusal of service shall never be based on race or color, National origin or citizenship status, religion or creed, sex, age, disability, pregnancy or genetic information, Veteran or Military status, marital status, sexual orientation or gender identity, medical condition, political affiliations or activities, or status as a victim of domestic violence, assault or stalking. If you have any issues with anyone, please ask to speak to Adam, Gary or Stephanie immediately. One or more of them is available at each of our conventions and they can be reached through registration or by the convention MC/Host.
Regarding the issue of alcoholic beverages at the convention: we do not allow alcohol to be present in our function rooms including the main theatre. This includes daily panel events and any night events. We kindly ask, for the evening event(s), you do not bring bags unless necessary. Water stations will be available in the room and, for those that have special medical needs, you can discreetly discuss those with security before entering and we will do bag checks. We regret that we've had to take this measure, but we must protect our audience and celebrities and we’ve been advised that this is a necessity. We retain the right not to allow entrance into any of the events to anyone who shows up appearing intoxicated.
ADA rules on service animals: This event welcomes service animals as per the ADA rules. Service animals perform valuable work or tasks and are trained to provide help directly related to a person's disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and therefore are not permitted at our event.
All guests are announced when contracted, and all convention contracts include clauses allowing actors to cancel if they get film and/or television work. In the rare case of a guest cancellation we always try to do our best to replace performers. We cannot, however, refund tickets for a convention admission based on a guest cancellation, beyond of course specific autograph and/or photo op tickets which are not included in packages.
For those attending our conventions and making travel plans: please know that the majority of guests that appear on stage do so usually in the later part of the day (although that is sometimes different for actors working on a current series). Sometimes autographing runs into the evening or later when guests appear late in the day. Because we have to wait for guests to give us their flight information we cannot tell you in advance when these autograph sessions will occur until the convention schedule is posted at this website a few days before the event. For those out-of-towners that want to guarantee autographs of stars appearing on Sunday we do suggest staying over or planning a later leaving time.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL! We do suggest buying tickets only from the original source: through this website. Because all tickets are scanned for use at the convention we can ONLY allow the first person in using each singular ticket. Autograph and photo op tickets are also scanned for one-time use. WE’VE NOTICED A PICKUP IN BOGUS TICKETS and well-meaning fans being ripped off by those that have just resold copied tickets.
Flashes occur from phone and cameras often during stage presentations. If you are sensitive to such lighting please be advised to take the necessary precautions. For our attendees please keep flash photography to a minimum and familiarize yourself on how to get the best pictures in different lighting situations. Generally flash is not the best way to take photos at the convention. We will attempt to have a more detailed note page of getting the best pictures at conventions available soon.
Unlike other genre conventions, Creation Entertainment has a strict policy to not "oversell" tickets. Every attendee, no matter what ticket they purchase, will have a seat in the main auditorium to see the major guests and join the main events! We believe in a more personal convention for fans, by fans, that leaves you with cherished memories!

On Saturday and Sunday the talented Lee Arenberg joins us as our host! Everyone will know Lee from his role as Grumpy on Once Upon a Time, but he has had a long and very impressive career! You might recognize him as one of Captain Barbossa’s crew in the Pirates of the Caribbean series, or from his roles in Star Trek, Charmed, Angel, Seinfeld, and many more. He's a charming, funny and engaging host who brings a touch of magic!

"Be Our Guest" as we offer a magical night of exceptional live music on the Creation Stage on Saturday Night! The Once Upon a Concert features the exceptional vocal talents of Rebecca Mader, Gil McKinney, Beverley Elliott, Sean Maguire, Lee Arenberg, Jared Gilmore, Karen David and Chris Gauthier! OUAT and Disney fans are always pleased with the classic songs and fun surprises! Who knows, you may end up in one of our famous Conga lines at the end of the show too!
The concert is included in many of our amazing ticket packages and you keep your same reserved seats from the daytime event (if applicable). Our conventions provide a more personal experience, and that extends into the vendor area, to give the fans (and celebrities) a more rewarding show. You won't have to wade through seas of merch you aren't interested in just to find the gold because we bring only the best to our vendor area.

THE ONCE UPON A TIME FAN MUSIC VIDEO CONTEST
Are you a talented video editor? A walking encyclopedia of all the exciting moments from Once Upon a Time who thinks, "These would be awesome set to music?" Here is your chance to flex your creative muscles, and fan knowledge, to compete for prizes at OUAT Official Convention 2018 shows!
Entries are judged on the following criteria:

Song selection & originality
Humorous submissions are encouraged!
Winners will receive a $100 gift certificate good for Creation merchandise (excludes convention, autograph and photo op tickets), and will be played on screens at the Official Once Upon A Time Conventions! Winners will be announced and awarded at the specific show.
Rules, submission guidelines and anything else you might need to know:
One OUAT music video may be submitted, and only one.
All submissions must be on DVD and in a sleeve or jewel case to be accepted. ONLY NTSC
FORMATED DVDs WILL BE ACCEPTED.
If submitting a flash drive, please make sure all files are compatible with Quicktime.
In your submission you must list the specific convention the music video is for.
Entries are limited to people attending the specific event. This is due to an overwhelming number
of submissions.
Please keep the submissions under five minutes.
Winners are announced at the event.
You do not have to be present for the actual showing of your video, but you must claim your
award at the show before the end of the weekend or your award will be forfeited.
The competition closes 40 days prior to the convention. We will NOT make any exceptions to
this.
Don't forget about the great supporting cast members of the show!
We ask that you do not use footage from shows other than OUaT.
Entries cannot be returned, and person submitting entry is granting Creation the right to play this
entry in perpetuity at Creation events worldwide and/or online at the Creation website(s).
Creation does not sell music videos so your entry will never be sold as a commercial product,
just presented at our events/online.
Do not submit the same video for multiple events. It will not be considered after its first
submission. This also goes for videos that have been recycled with only minor changes.
Send your video using an order confirmation or signature required so you know if your video was received.

The GOLD WEEKEND PACKAGE is our most comprehensive ticket package! Click the items below for more information and find out what you get when you "Go Gold":
1) Reserved Seats:
Reserved seats of your choosing in the main theatre where all of the major guests appear and events happen! These seats are yours exclusively all three days, no fighting for a good seat or having to defend your domain!
2) In-person Autographs:
In-person complimentary autographs from amazing celebrity guests like LANA PARRILLA, COLIN O’DONOGHUE, GIL McKINNEY, CHRIS GAUTHIER, ROSE REYNOLDS, JARED GiLMORE, ANDREW WEST, BEVERLEY ELLIOTT and SEAN MAGUIRE. 2) You can choose your actual seat off of the seating chart and this will be yours for the entire convention (unless otherwise noted).
3) Complimentary admission to our "SATURDAY NIGHT ONCE UPON A CONCERT" starring MC Lee Arenberg and other performers including Beverly Elliott, Gil McKiney, Rebecca Mader, Chris Gauthier, Sean Maguire and Jared Gilmore. On Friday, he will be signing on a complimentary basis for those in Gold (as well as for those with his separate autograph ticket). Non-Gold patrons can purchase his autograph on the site and/or if still available at the convention. Creation Entertainment holds a "block" of rooms for our attendees. These blocks of rooms have a lower rate than standard rates at the hotel, but they also have a "cut-off" point after which hotels may choose to revert back to their own higher rates for our customers. Usually this cut-off date is one month prior to the event, but this does vary. Therefore it is always wise to book your rooms for our conventions as early as possible.

The show schedule is finalized the week of the convention to accommodate flight itineraries and filming schedules of our celebrities. Convention activities usually start around 10:00 a.m. but may begin earlier depending on schedules. Stage programming also usually ends around 6:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. and some autograph sessions begin after stage programming is complete for the day. This can run until 10:00 p.m. so PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY! Signings start later on Sundays, so we recommend that you plan to stay late or stay overnight. The final schedule is always posted one day PRIOR TO THE CONVENTION on either WEDNESDAY (for our three-day conventions) or THURSDAY (for our two-day conventions).
Our best advice is to plan for these time variabilities and check the schedule as soon as it is available.

In the unlikely event of a cancellation of the convention, or a date change, Creation will not be held responsible for any financial loss associated with the purchase air tickets or hotel rooms that are not canceled (virtually all hotels offer a 24 or 48-hour cancelation policy, so there should be no jeopardy associated with sleeping room reservations). We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance for any non-refundable items like airline tickets. Also in the unlikely event, due to weather, transit issues or last minute illness or other reason given by a celebrity, an advertised guest does not make their appearance at the convention, Creation Entertainment is not responsible for any refunds other than separate specific to the guest autograph tickets or photo op tickets. In the extremely rare chance that a guest does not finish his or her autographs or photo ops (which has only happened in a hand full of cases over 40 plus years, always due to something out of our control) Creation Entertainment will only be responsible for the refund of the separate autograph or photo op ticket.
We are not responsible for orders that are rejected during processing that may be due to customer errors (usually caused because the customer does not complete the entire ordering process to the very end), credit card failures (usually caused when there are not enough funds in an account or the credit card company rejects the charge for any number of reasons including out-of-state ordering or unfamiliar ordering to the customers’ general pattern), or system errors during transmission of the order.
Please do not bring latex balloons of any sort to any of our events, as we have attendees with latex allergies and additionally bursting balloons can be hazardous to people at short range.
Creation assumes no responsibility for typographical errors or inaccurate information provided by convention venues. All dates, venues and guests are considered tentative and subject to change. Check back frequently for updates.

HARASSMENT POLICY:
Creation Entertainment is dedicated to providing a safe and harassment-free experience for
everyone, regardless of race, age, religion, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual
orientation, disability, or physical appearance. We firmly believe in the ideals of one of our mentors, Star Trek’s late and beloved creator Gene Roddenberry.
We do not tolerate harassment of any kind from anyone. Patrons violating these
rules may be expelled from the convention (without a refund) at Creation's
discretion and hotel security may well be called in to facilitate this response. If you have any issues with anyone, please ask to speak to Adam, Gary or Stephanie immediately. One or more of them is available at each of our conventions and they can be reached through registration or by the convention MC/host. Issues of this importance should not be handled by our volunteers, as great as they are.
By attending Creation events you agree to allow your image to be used on our website and in news documentaries or stories, either filmed by Creation Entertainment or other entities.

In the extremely rare case (which has never happened before) that our computer systems accept more tickets than we have allotted for, we would refund ticket money to the last several people (in order) who did manage to get a confirmation or ticket. As we've said it has never happened, but we want to have a fair scenario in place it if does occur.
Flashes occur from phone and cameras often during stage presentations. If you are sensitive to such lighting please be advised to take the necessary precautions.
