Because of the volume of tickets sold, we are now going to do refunds for all of her photo ops and autographs BEFORE the convention, rather than having you wait to do exchanges at the convention. If you purchased The Rookie cast photo, however, and still want the photo op without Melissa, you can get an $80 credit on site at registration. The refunds will be processed over the next 3–4 weeks. Most refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. For those transactions that fall outside the electronic refund window, a check will be mailed instead.
