Creation+ Purchase Protection is an optional refund service that allows you to receive a refund of your ticket price and taxes if you’re unable to attend due to certain qualified, unexpected circumstances.

• Changing your mind

• Scheduling conflicts you already knew about

THIS IS NOT INSURANCE.

• No insurance company is involved

• This applies to attendees only, not the event itself

If an event is canceled, Creation will automatically refund your ticket purchase, so no need to worry—Creation+ Purchase Protection is not required for that scenario.

2. What You Need to Qualify for a Refund

To be eligible, all four of these must be true:

1. You purchased Creation+ Protection

(Yes, we have to say it.)

2. A valid, unexpected situation occurred

It must fall within our qualifying categories—and happen before the event.

3. You submit a claim

We’re good, but we’re not mind readers. You’ll need to:

• Submit a claim

• Provide basic details

• Include documentation

4. Timing matters

Most issues must occur within 7 days of the event
Claims should be submitted within 48 hours after the event

3. What You Get Back

If approved, you’ll receive your ticket price + taxes.

Partial refunds may apply in cases like: Group bookings (only the affected person is covered), Merchandise (not included), and Donations (also not included.)

4. What’s Typically Covered (Highlights)

🏥 Health & Medical

Unexpected illness, injury, or emergency procedures.

✈️ Travel Issues

Canceled flights, major transportation failures, or serious car trouble.

🌧️ Weather

Severe conditions that make travel unsafe or impossible.

💼 Work Conflicts

Unexpected required work obligations or relocations.

⚖️ Legal Obligations

Subpoenas or required court appearances.

🚨 Emergencies

Serious home damage, theft, or other urgent situations requiring your presence.

5. What’s Not Covered (The Reality Check Section)

 

Creation+ Purchase Protection won’t apply if:

• You changed your mind
• You found something else to do
• You forgot, were late, or didn’t plan ahead
• You’re unhappy with the event itself
• You had travel costs increase
• You didn’t arrange childcare
• You double-booked yourself
• You attended any portion of the event

Also not covered:

• Personal preference changes
• Financial regret

6. How to File a Claim

 

To request a refund:

• Submit your claim via email directly to our customer service department at customer.service@creationent.com

• Include your order details

• Provide supporting documentation

Most claims are reviewed within a reasonable timeframe, depending on complexity.

Approved claims will result in cancellation of your ticket

You cannot transfer your ticket and request a refund

Claims must be truthful and supported—fraudulent submissions will be denied

If you dispute the Protection charge with your bank, coverage is void
