REMINDER: Most guest will sign almost any item you bring from home or you can buy an item at the convention, but you need to have an item for the guest to sign. One ticket equals one autograph.

REMINDER: Your ONE photo op ticket includes an 8×10 glossy full color photo of yourself with the guest and can include up to TWO fans (1 photo op tix = 2 fans in one photo). TWO photo op tickets can include up to FOUR fans in a photo (2 photo op tix = 4 fans in one photo). We cannot, however, accommodate over FOUR fans in any one photo op.

Instead of our traditional vendor area at the venue, attendees of The Covington Salute to Vampire Diaries Festival can shop at select locations in Covington for merchandise and more, with special deals just for our attendees!
PLUS, you’ll be able to dine at the MYSTIC GRILL restaurant in town, where some of our convention special meet & greets and events will also take place!
In order to support the shop-owners and other businesses in the city, there will only be a limited selection of items from Creation at the venue itself. The town’s shop owners will be prepared for our attendees, and we will be offering convention souvenirs as well. We are unable to offer vendor tables at this event.

AN EVENING WITH KAT GRAHAM & FRIENDS
We are incredibly excited and honored to present Kat Graham and her band performing hits from her music videos and albums live on stage Saturday night at the Covington event. Kat’s stellar musical career includes collaborations with legendary producers, including Kenneth Babyface Edmonds. Her music videos have thrilled fans around the world. Kat will be performing a comprehensive set of some of her greatest hits in concert. This is a can’t-miss event from a legendary performing artist. Guests are subject to change.
The concert is complimentary for GOLD, SILVER and COPPER WEEKEND patrons — and for all others, you can buy an a la carte ticket. NOTE: A convention pass is NOT required.

KARAOKE PARTY
Join us for our FREE Welcome Karaoke Party on FRIDAY night, which takes place after pre-registration! Get the chance to sing on-stage in a raucous evening of karaoke and dancing, with special guests. All guest participants are tentative until show time.
NOTE: You DO NOT need a convention pass to attend.
Since this is a FREE EVENT, you do not keep your same seats. There will be seats in the back if you prefer to sit. If you have a VIP pass or special needs, please come to the front of the line.
NOTE: If you choose to stand in line early to be up front, you may only hold one additional place until the doors open. Once the doors open and if your companion is not there, there is no guarantee there will be room left in the front. Although these are FREE events and you do not need a convention pass to attend, please be aware that there is still a limited capacity at each venue. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis and space may be filled to capacity.
COSPLAY CONTEST
Have the perfect cosplay outfit from the TVD franchise? Held on SATURDAY, you can come dressed as any The Vampire Diaries, The Originals or Legacies character or create your own to compete for the audience’s applause to win great prizes.
For the Cosplay Contests Winners: Gift certificate prizes are valid for one year from date of issue and can be used towards Creation Merchandise only, and excludes admission passes and a la carte autograph/photo op/concert/special event tickets.
TRIVIA CONTEST
Be the TVD Trivia Master and play one of three rounds of trivia from the franchise. Who knows, you could be the last person standing!

VIP EXPERIENCES & MEET & GREETS
Here’s a more exclusive way to meet our special guests in a smaller group setting! Closer to the convention, we offer special VIP Experiences and Meet & Greet experiences through online auction site.
If you already have GOLD passes, you have the chance to bid on the VIP experience (only GOLD patrons can win a spot)! Meet & Greets with special guests in attendance are open for bids for everyone. These are generally limited to 10-20 fans per meet and greet. Sign up for the email blasts to stay in the loop!
