GRAND SLAM 2007 THANKS TO ALL!

The party's over for another year as Grand Slam XV: The Sci-Fi Summit wraps up. Thanks to all the fans who made the trip to be with us! Special shout-outs to our diverse line up of celebrities who made the weekend truly one to remember. Mark your calendars for April 11-13, 2008 for Grand Slam XVI. For those Trekkers who could not be with us we wanted to share a message that was read at the convention from J.J. Abrams, the producer/director of the new STAR TREK feature film set for release for the Holiday season 2008.

Dear Grandslammers --

We are currently in pre-pre-pre-production, and are all beyond excited -- and honored -- to bring you the next chapter in the Star Trek saga. There will be much more to say at next year's convention --but for now, know that we are working hard to do you proud. Thank you for your support, and for keeping Mr. Roddenberry's vision alive.

ADRIAN PAUL After years of trying we finally brought the superstar of Highlander to our stages and the audience loved seeing Adrian in person!	JUSTIN HARTLEY SMALLVILLE's "Green Arrow" Justin Hartley has a big career ahead. It was great to introduce him to his many fans at Grand Slam.
MATT FREWER We're long time fans of this talented gentleman, now seen on EUREKA, but formerly star of MAX HEADROOM	JAMES MARSTERS Undoubtably one of the genre's most popular stars, James had fans come in from around the world to see him on stage and to watch his fantastic musical concert.

GOLD PARTY Creation's famous GOLD DESSERT PARTY really was one for the history books as something like TEN celebrities mixed it up with our Gold Patrons. Quite a night! Every fan in attendance got to meet each celebrity including the media's current sensation, HEROES' star HAYDEN PANIETIERRE (Claire) and nine other stars too! This GOLD EXCLUSIVE party makes that ticket package worth every penny (to say nothing of getting all the autographs too).
