Join Hudson for a restorative yoga class on FRIDAY. Hudson says, \u201cClass is suitable for everyone, even beginners. A two-hour yoga workshop where one can learn the fundamentals of poses, postures, breathwork and focus. In order to become more flexible and mobile, gain strength and endurance. When one slows down and is willing to move and stretch, to breathe more deeply, the after-effects are profound. I personally find it to be the most loving thing one can do for oneself. Learn how to care for this body. All body types, all ages, and abilities are welcome.\u201c Please bring a yoga mat, towel, water, and be in loose clothing.<\/p>\n

ABOUT: Hudson Leick is a certified Yoga instructor and intuitive counselor. Her teachers have been numerous but the ones she has studied with for longer periods of time are: Erich Schiffman, Bryan Kest, Gurmukh, Ana Forrest. This includes the practices of ashtanga yoga, hatha yoga, power yoga and kundalini yoga. She has taken Gabrielle Roth\u2019s 5Rhythms movement classes for over 20 years and taught her version called Sacred Dance for over 15 years.<\/p>\n

There are no specific steps to learn, no choreography to memorize, and, most importantly, no way to do it wrong.
