Be sure of which day a guest is doing photo ops/autographs before purchasing your admission pass. Days that guests are signing autographs and taking photo ops are listed next to their name in the Autographs and Photo Ops section of this website.
Admission passes and a la carte autograph/photo op/concert/special event tickets are sent to you via email with a QR CODE after purchase. THESE ARE YOUR TICKETS, so there is no need to exchange them for physical tickets at registration, unless specified for headliners at each show. You can either print out your QR Codes or save them on your smart device for scanning at the time of the session.
Admission PDFs should be brought to convention registration. Autograph PDFs can be used directly at the autograph tables. Photo Op PDFs may be required to get validated. Please check the show schedule for instructions regarding Photo Op PDFs.
STATE TAXES INCLUDED ON YOUR INVOICE:
As a result of the Supreme Court Ruling during 2018 affecting online sales taxes (both state and local taxes), various states are requiring sales tax (both state and local taxes) on ANY online sales; therefore, you may now start seeing a separate charge on your invoice for this sales tax. The prices at the conventions will be the same as those online. Visit the National Conference of State Legislatures website for more information.

When you purchase this Gold package, you get complimentary in-person autographs from these guests: Mary McDonnell, Tricia Helfer, Denise Richards, Adrianne Palicki, Caity Lotz & Melanie Scrofano!
Note: Your Gold pass is good for ONE autograph from each guest included in the package. If a celebrity whose autograph is included in Gold must cancel, we work to try and replace with another guest (or multiple guests) who will sign in place of the canceled guest. If we cannot find a guest replacement(s), then we will provide a pre-signed autograph photo of equal or greater value.
Exclusive Gold Panel
You get an exclusive 30-minute panel on Sunday (guests TBD), just for Gold patrons!

PRIORITY LINES FOR AUTOGRAPHS
For those guests signing in the main theater, Gold will be called FIRST for Autographs, including the complimentary autographs offered in this package. We call row by row so the closer you are to the stage, the sooner you are called!
PRIORITY PRE-REGISTRATION
The night before the convention opens, GOLD patrons can be the first to register. This benefit exists so you can get your registration done before the actual convention starts, but it is not a necessity and you can also register anytime. We pride ourselves on a quick, fun and easy registration process -- warp speeding you in to having a great vacation!

Exclusive wristbands and badges indicating your Gold Weekend Package status! They will help set your coordinates for an amazing weekend, giving you immediate entrance without waiting after initial registration.

This is the most economical way to attend the two days of the convention. Your General Admission Weekend pass gets you a guaranteed (non-reserved) seat in the theatre to see all the daytime guest panels and daytime events. Plus, as a GA Weekend pass holder, you are able to pre-register the night before the convention (after Gold, Silver and Copper), at which time you’ll be able to gain access to the vendors area to grab cool merchandise! This doesn’t include Saturday Night Event or the exclusive Gold Panel on Sunday, but guests will be appearing for everyone later in the day so you’ll get the chance to see them on-stage!

With a PREFERRED SINGLE-DAY ADMISSION PASS, you get the best way to attend whichever SPECIFIC DAY of the convention you choose. You get a reserved seat, which you can pick out when you are ordering online, that is yours to use throughout the day in the main theatre where you will see all the stars and events of the day. This doesn’t include Saturday Night Event or the exclusive Gold Panel on Sunday, but guests will be appearing for everyone later in the day so you’ll get the chance to see them on-stage!

VIP EXPERIENCES/MEET AND GREETS
As we get closer to the convention, we auction off special VIP Experiences events for a limited number of fans through our online auction site!
As a VIP, you will get meet and greets with most of the guests, as well as get front of the line for anything you already have a ticket for (excluding some signers in the Vendors room). You also get access to VIP Lounge during the daytime of the convention to hang out with the other fans!
Please be advised that no guests of VIPs are allowed in the VIP lounge at any time.
