Is this a CHARTER CRUISE?
NO. This is NOT a charter cruise meaning we do not have run of the ship. We are a contracted group on the having special Creation Entertainment events with the actors/actresses from the show. There will be many other cruisers onboard who are not attending the Creation Events. We kindly ask that you are respectful of all cruisers, staff and other fans onboard! It is also advised that everyone give the Creation guest their privacy while onboard and in public areas.

When should I book my reservation?
Creation Entertainment currently has a limited number of blocked rooms and space available for their events. You must reserve/book your cabin through the Creation Entertainment website and with Gogo Travel, in order to be eligible to purchase tickets to their events. Booking early will guarantee your spot and will give you a better chance at choosing your preferred stateroom and location. We do NOT recommend waiting until the last minute due to limited availability.

After Gogo Travel processes your reservation and payment you will be sent your booking and cabin number! Please allow up to 72 hours for this during peak reservation times. You can request cabin locations close to one another! We will do our best to accommodate you and recommend you make reservations close together and or send an email to the office or comment/special request in the payment or reservation link.

If you are denied boarding the ship for “lack of correct identification” you will be denied boarding with NO REFUND! NO EXCEPTIONS.

This is the exact wording from the State Dept website concerning traveling without a Passport via cruise ship: "Closed-Loop" Cruises: If you are a U.S. citizen, and you board a cruise ship at a U.S. port, travel only within the Western Hemisphere, and return to the same U.S. port on the same ship, you may present government-issued photo identification, along with proof of citizenship (an original or certified copy of your birth certificate, a Consular report of Birth Abroad, or a Certificate of Naturalization). Please be aware that you may still be required to present a passport to enter the foreign countries your cruise ship is visiting. Check with your cruise line to ensure you have the appropriate documents

It is recommended that U.S. citizens carry a valid Passport for sea travel. Currently, you may also travel with an original State-Issued Birth Certificate (No photo copies) plus Driver's License (or other state/government issued photo I.D.) In cases of married ladies whose names have changed: you should have a Passport in your married name OR carry a copy of your marriage license or other documents showing your change of name. If in doubt, it's best to have a Passport. Non U.S. Citizens must carry a passport from their country of citizenship plus any necessary visas.

SEAPASS CARD
When cabins are ready for passengers there will be an announcement onboard. Once you get to your room’s location an envelope with your Seapass card will be near your cabin number sign. This card is your room key, your casino players card, access to your beverage packages and to purchase anything onboard. This includes any drinks, food or specialty restaurants, activities, spa services/products and souvenirs. Please carry this card with you at all times.

Can I purchase bottles of alcohol while on board or in port?
YES. However, alcohol purchased onboard in shops or ports of call will be stored by the ship and delivered to guest staterooms on the last day of sailing. Security may check containers and will dispose of container holding alcohol.

Can I bring alcohol onboard?
NO. Royal Caribbean prohibits bringing alcohol with you onboard for your cruise. However, they do allow 1- (750) mL bottle of wine/champagne per adult of drinking age, per sailing. Bottles should be brought by hand in carry on luggage. (For security purposes) If consuming in public areas there will be a $15 corkage fee per bottle.

Can I bring my own water or soda onboard?
YES! Per Royal Caribbean guests may bring non-alcoholic beverages as carry-on items on boarding day. These beverages may NOT exceed 12 standard (17 oz) cans, bottles or cartons per stateroom.

What kind of food or drinks am I allowed to bring onboard? | Royal Caribbean Cruises
Can only 1 passenger in the cabin purchase the alcoholic beverage package or do both have to?
If 1 passenger in the cabin purchases the alcoholic beverage package and if the other passenger(s) are 21 years of age or older they must purchase the Refreshment package which includes: teas, bottled waters, fresh squeezed juice, mocktails as well as soda. Exceptions to this would be certain situations- pregnancy, AA member or a documented medical reason.

Can I schedule my flight home early on the day we return?
It is not recommended by our agency that flights before 12pm are booked. Although you can disembark early it is impossible for us to guarantee timing for leaving the ship, retrieving luggage, going through customs finding your transportation and getting to the airport (with Friday morning traffic), checking in at the airport and going through security.

Do I need to bring my own towels for the pool/beach?
No, the ship will have towel stations near the pools/hot tubs, when exiting the ship at ports and multiple areas around Coco Cay. You will need your Seapass cards to check these towels out. If they are not returned, they will charge you a fee per towel.
