PHOTO TAKING POLICY
AT THIS CONVENTION
We know that taking photos makes the convention even more fun and we thought it would be a good idea to share our photo taking policies for you before you arrive at the convention so you can prepare. In the auditorium, photo taking is encouraged, but only from your seat. It is unfair to run up to the stage and block the view of others who have paid for reserved seats in front of you. Even if there are empty seats, patrons must sit in the seats they paid for to be fair to everyone. Due to fire marshall regulations everyone must be seated during performances. Please also be courteous to your neighbors when taking pictures. Photo taking is not allowed during autographing sessions nor during the photo ops. Only those people who have autograph tickets may come up to get autographs. At the various parties and food functions: photo taking is encouraged when the guests arrive (but only from your seats). After a sufficient time for all to get their photos we ask that your cameras be placed down so the celebrities can enjoy their time at these events. Thank you for understanding the need to have these few rules so everyone is safe and has fun.

ALL GUESTS are contracted to appear and all convention contracts specify that appearances are subject to change as film and television work demands take precedence as can a personal conflict. Our events will take place whether a specific guest cancels or not (we always try to book replacements) and therefore we can not issue admission ticket or ticket package refunds if a particular guest does not fulfill their appearance contract. Of course we will always refund separately purchased photo ops and autograph tickets for a guest if they cancel. Please note prior to purchasing your tickets that you are buying a ticket for The Official TWILIGHT CONVENTION and not for specific guest appearance(s). This event is included on a complimentary basis for GOLD WEEKEND PATRONS. We have a FEW extra tickets that are available for those who are not Gold Patrons. VAMPIRE COURT MAKE-OVERS Three lucky ladies will be selected on Saturday morning (the last three standing winners of our trivia contest which is open to our general audience) to be members of the Vampire Court to be presented at The Vampire Ball on Saturday Night. These court members will receive a luxury make-up and hair make-over by a professional team on Saturday afternoon. And a special treat awaits them at the ball!   Dress Code? We want everyone to be comfortable and we certainly don't want to impose a dress code that would require someone to purchase apparel that they don't currently own. If possible we do want attendees to come dressed in party attire, upscale casual, or in themed costume. With celebrity guest stars, music, a cash bar, and surprises we're sure that this is going to be a party to remember! VAMPIRE BALL CENTERPIECE CONTEST Show your creativity by designing and bringing a Twilight themed Centerpiece to the Vampire Ball! A $250 gift certificate will be awarded to the very best centerpiece as decided by our judges. Here's some past entries...very cool!

SUNDAY BRUNCH and CHARITY SILENT AUCTION On Sunday morning (tentatively 9:30 am) a VERY special event takes place: "BREAKFAST with the WOLF PACK!" In New Jersey fans will have the opportunity to enjoy a delightful time with the entire Wolf Pack: ALEX MERAZ, CHASKE SPENCER, KIOWA GORDON and BRONSON PELLETIER! A continental breakfast will be served, hopefully with MUFFINS, which we know the Wolf Pack loves! Guests will be escorted around the each table and you will personally meet all! The breakfast will have limited attendance to allow a casual and fun atmosphere for all and also give the chance to our guests to get to meet our attendees in a more informal atmosphere. You'll LOVE this! Please order asap to avoid a sell-out (as has happened at previous stops on the tour). Cameras are allowed when the cast first enters the room and then we ask that you put your cameras away so the guys can come and meet everyone! Our charity auction will benefit The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, which works to remove the stigma of mental illness, along with providing services for those who have suffered a suicide loss. In addition it funds educational programs and research. As "New Moon" deals with the issues of depression, this charity has a special importance for our convention. SUNDAY: THE COSTUME COMPETITION Come dressed in your finest costume as any Twilight themed character or make up your own! A $250 gift certificate is awarded to the very best! Let your creative juices flow and come ready to "thrill!"

TWILIGHT TRIVIA GAMES Here's where YOU get to show off your knowledge of all things Twilight: novels and film! There's the YES/NO game where contestants are brought up from the audience to vie for hundreds of dollars in prizes, and we'll also be doing our famous "Stump The Experts" game where audience members can try to stump the Twilight geniuses and win! So let's get studying and ready to win.... please bring along trivia questions to ask too: all questions must be answered by something that appeared in the novels or in the film.

TWILIGHT MOMS PANEL We're happy to present a special panel with The TwilightMOMS on Saturday. When TwilightMOMS.com founder, Lisa Hansen, took her search to the Internet to try and find another woman somewhere in the world like her, an average wife, a mom, a working woman and secretly obsessed with the world of The Twilight Saga, she never expected to find her query answered by legions of women from all over the world who indeed are just like her. Women from all walks of life have been able to breathe a sigh of relief that they are not alone in their obsession. TwilightMOMS rapidly became one of the major news sources for Twilight fans everywhere. The site catering to adults revealed a previously taboo and unknown demographic of fans of The Twilight Saga, as well as for the YA genre of literature in general. Whatever your age, come join us for a fun and heartfelt panel with some of the great ladies involved with the website.

THE OFFICIAL TWILIGHT FACEBOOK PAGE The Official Twilight Facebook page is a Summit Entertainment approved fan-run website, which has quickly become one of the most visited sites in the 'Twilight' universe. Co-owned and run by Lauren Marie Suero and Heidi Bennett, the page boasts one of the largest member base in the Facebook community ( at over 4.5 million and counting!) and is the go-to place for Twilight fans to receive their daily fix of everything 'Twilight'. AUTOGRAPHS

Autograph and Photo Op Tickets do not include admission to the convention, and you must have an admission ticket or package to get autographs or photo ops.

Here's the rare chance to get an in-person hand-signed autograph by your favorite celebrity. We do autographing row by row for those that have them included in their packages followed by additional autograph tickets called by number. If autographs are part of your ticket package you can get any additional signatures you've purchased the first time you come up. You must bring an item for the celebrity to sign: you can bring something from home or purchase an officially licensed photograph or souvenir at the convention. The autograph tickets are available in limited supply, please order soon. THANKS!

Note: Guests appear ONE day of the convention, so therefore their autographing and/or photo ops take place that day, except in VERY rare occasions which will be noted. If you are not attending all days of the convention it is wise to wait until specific days of appearance are announced before purchasing autographs or photo ops. Autograph and Photo Op Tickets do not include admission to the convention, and you must have an admission ticket or package to get autographs or photo ops.

Imagine the greatest convention souvenir of all: YOU with the celebrity of your choice in a glorious 8 by 10 professionally shot full color picture. Photo ops are available in limited supply. Photo Ops are not included in any ticket package and must be ordered separately. Photos are generally available for pick-up at the convention, if not we mail them to you (read FAQs for more info). We allow up to TWO PATRONS with the celebrity(s) in a photo op. Creation's CHRISTOPHER SCHMELKE or TED VENEMANN (both are super-popular with fandom because of his dynamite photo op work at our conventions) will be on hand to do the TWILIGHT Celebrity Photo Ops: don't miss getting your photos!

Due to security considerations and guest concerns we can no longer facilitate the giving of gifts to guests at the photo op sessions. We will be happy to accept gifts for our celebrity guests after 3pm daily at registration and we will gather them and make sure the guests get them. Please note that because guests usually travel by plane they are unable to take gifts home with them. We hope you understand the security issues involved. Thank you!

Creation Entertainment holds a "block" of rooms for our attendees. These blocks of rooms have a lower rate than standard rates at the hotel, but they also have a "cut-off" point after which hotels may choose to revert back to their own higher rates for our customers. Usually this cut off date is one month prior to the event, but this does vary. Therefore it is always wise to book your rooms for our conventions as early as possible.
