Unlike so many other genre conventions, Creation Entertainment has a strict company policy not to "oversell" our conventions. In other words, every patron, no matter what bracket of ticket they purchase, will have a seat in the main auditorium where the major guests appear and events take place. Nothing upsets us more than hearing about other conventions that sell tickets to patrons and then those very same patrons have to wait on additional lines inside the facility to get into (or sometimes not!) the main theatre. An important Creation Entertainment difference we want you to know about!
The Creation difference extends to our 40 years experience in running fan conventions. In the last few years we've seen promoter after promoter fail taking hard earned ticket money down with them. Inexperienced promoters, often first-timers, use celebrity images and names to get ticket money which they use to hopefully pay their expenses. When that fails they've already gone through "your" ticket money and they collapse leaving no recourse for ticket holders. They say "buyer beware" but this has happened in Twilight, Star Trek, Battlestar Galactica, and Firefly fandom (to name just a few) and we really feel for those great fans who have lost their ticket money and upset travel plans.

***Attention Attendees: Do not purchase Creation Tickets from scalpers or anyone trying to offer tickets as you arrive at our convention locations. Each ticket is checked for authenticity at the door with a scanner and we cannot let you in if your ticket is counterfeit (which has happened recently). Each ticket once scanned makes any and all copies of that same one of a kind scan void and we can only let the first person in with it. ALL GUESTS are contracted to appear and all convention contracts specify that appearances are tentative and subject to change as film and television work demands take precedence as can a personal conflict. Our events will take place whether a specific guest cancels or not (we always try to book replacements) and therefore we cannot issue admission ticket or ticket package refunds if a particular guest does not fulfill their appearance contract. Of course we will always refund separately purchased photo ops and autograph tickets for a guest if they cancel.
PHOTO TAKING POLICY AT THIS CONVENTION
We know that taking photos makes the convention even more fun and we thought it would be a good idea to share our photo taking policies for you before you arrive at the convention so you can prepare. In the auditorium, photo taking is encouraged, but only from your seat. It is unfair to run up to the stage and block the view of others who have paid for reserved seats in front of you. Even if there are empty seats, patrons must sit in the seats they paid for to be fair to everyone. Due to fire marshal regulations everyone must be seated during performances. Please also be courteous to your neighbors when taking pictures. Photo taking is not allowed during autographing sessions nor during the photo ops. Only those people who have autograph tickets may come up to get autographs. At the Gold Exclusive Parties: photo taking is encouraged when the guests arrive (but only from your seats). After a sufficient time for all to get their photos we ask that your cameras be placed down so the celebrities can enjoy their time at the two food functions. Thank you for understanding the need to have these few rules so everyone is safe and has fun.
The vast majority of our guest celebrities take questions from the audience during their on-stage time. Therefore it is incumbent upon those that ask questions to make them ones that allow our mutual shared time with the celebrities to be enjoyable, interesting and entertaining for all (including the guest). Asking for hugs, telling stars we love them (we all do, that's why we're here), giving gifts, getting into long personal stories, or worse, is not acceptable for this format and, in fact, is quite self-centered when you are in essence "representing" all of fandom to a celebrity. Join us in trying to make this convention the best entertainment for everyone!
In the event of convention cancellations or date changes Creation Entertainment is not responsible for patrons' costs involving travel or hotel accommodations or any other non convention ticket expenses.
Advance ticket sales are generally turned off early to mid-week of the week of the events. Tickets, if they are not sold out, are sold at the convention of course.
Here's a pic of the legendary sci-fi author/genius Isaac Asimov, a frequent visitor to our early conventions and quite a character as well! It is amazing that we got to work with him after reading so many of his books.
From the "you never know" category, here in the middle is "Young Hercules" at our Official Hercules/Xena Convention (pictured with his co-stars from that short lived series). He's better known by his real name today: Ryan Gosling, an incredible actor doing wonderful work in feature films.
Back in the heyday of Xena popularity we had the pleasure of meeting some of New Zealand's top talents as they often guested on the series which was filmed in that beautiful country. Left to right: Karl Urban who went onto major stardom as Star Trek's new Dr. McCoy, Kevin Smith, one of our all-time favorite guests, on the verge of international fame when he was killed in a tragic accident, and Danielle Cormack who continues to perform in New Zealand.
For over two decades we had the pleasure of presenting the country's leading horror fan conventions, Fangoria's Weekend of Horrors with the popular magazine and illustrious editor Tony Timpone. These shows were a breeding ground for up and coming genre talent and that makes us proud. Here, one of the icons of the field, Robert Englund, on stage.
During one crazy phase we started manufacturing action figures and selling them in Toys R Us amongst other national retailers. Bruce Lee was probably are most realistic looking figure, but we also had success with Saturday Night Live figures and Drew and Mimi from The Drew Carey Show.
It had one of the most loyal and passionate fan movements behind it and a gloriously talented cast of performers working with amazing and intelligent scripts. We were delighted to be associated with this incredible and still missed series and it was always a special pleasure to work with star Ben Browder.
We were ahead of the times back in the 80's with conventions mixing all sorts of fan favorites together. Usually all the different fandoms got along and it is nice to see that Dr. Who is more popular than ever. We were licensees back in the day and worked with many of the earlier Doctors, including, of course, the larger than life Tom Baker.

There was never any guest nicer than the amazing DeForest Kelley who graced our stages many, many times always putting on a warm and entertaining presentation for his legions of dedicated fans. He was just as cool as you would want him to be!
The only time this ever happened: Three Mr. Spocks on stage, a really special moment
It all started with a Mr. Spock head: our entry into the world of Star Trek merchandising began full time when we purchased 1,000 of these 35 years ago or so. We still have a few left!
Every five year anniversary marks a special time to remember for Star Trek fans and our conventions take on an air of a family reunion of long-time fans and the stars we all admire. Sadly we also mark the loss of some of those talents who appeared with us regularly at our events. They are missed.

Comic book and entertainment fans owe much to the legendary JACK KIRBY, the revered talent who co-created the Marvel mythology and made many early appearances with us, among his most devoted followers. Although his passing never allowed Jack to see the amazing success of his characters in film we do know that his appearances at conventions always brought down the house!
It is always great when we can personally thank a performer for an absolutely beautifully done job and that was just the treat when John Noble appeared in Feb. of 2013 wrapping up his epic FRINGE series, one of our all-time favorite shows!
The beautiful and talented Alfre Woodard graced her stages to reminisce about her appearance in Star Trek as Lily in the movie Star Trek: First Contact, but of course she is best known for being an Academy Award and Grammy nominated actress as well as having an incredible 17 Emmy nominations (winning four).
Our Vegas Star Trek Convention is ALWAYS full of surprises! Sir Patrick Stewart joins William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy in this once in a lifetime moment! We're glad we were there!
In 2006, space pioneers, astronauts Wally Schirra and Alan Bean, guested at Grand Slam: it was an honor!

Three of the most popular actors on the planet graced our stages along with their The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn director: Bill Condon, Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner helped us make history at an official fan gathering done in conjunction with the press junket and in association with Summit Entertainment.
Our first convention program in 1971, ticket prices were $1.50 a day and our special guest was legendary comic artist superstar Jim Steranko!
We even had time to publish 6 issues of a popular comic art fanzine called Infinity when we were teenagers. Back in the days before the internet, printed fanzines and conventions helped keep fandom connected.
When we ran The Official STAR WARS Convention we brought in Gene Roddenberry as a surprise and this moment in time was a true highlight. Gene was a great mentor of ours and he is always in our thoughts, especially when we gather for our Official STAR TREK Conventions.
LOST was one of the great TV series of all-time and we were proud to be an official licensee for the show. Here three of the stars, Ian Somerhalder, Evangeline Lilly and Naveen Andrews, grace our stages in a Creation Convention appearance.
Two of our most popular celebrity guests from the Stargate franchise making their only Creation appearance together on stage: Michael Shanks and Amanda Tapping! We love following their careers post Stargate and look forward to enjoying their work for years to come!

Taken in Chicago at Creation's Salute to Star Trek's 40th! Thanks, Bill and Leonard for being such a big part of Creation Entertainment! Who would have thought that as kids that watched classic Trek, that one day we'd be working with these show biz legends!
History is made again at Creation when LEONARD NIMOY passes the ceremonial "#1 Vulcan" tee-shirt to the new Mr. Spock ZACHARY QUINTO. It all happened in front of the audience at Grand Slam XVI. Creation Conventions: it is ALL about making wonderful memories like this!
Superstar Legend Jack Nicholson made the "Creation" scene, a definite ultra-cool moment in our 40 plus year history!
Growing up watching THE AVENGERS was a particular joy so when Patrick Macnee joined the Creation line-up of stars it was a joyous occasion for us and his many fans!
It's never happened before or after but it was another of our proudest moments: having four STAR TREK Captains share the stage. Let's hope we can pull it off again some day and add a few more?
Long-time Creation friend (and early fan attendee turned superstar producer) DEAN DEVLIN brought along friends Hank Azaria and Harry Shearer to one of our shows. Dean is currently behind one of TV's greatest shows LEVERAGE!
The impeccable Ricardo Montalban created Star Trek's most popular villian as Khan but in person he truly was one of a kind and his two appearances for us were definitely amongst the most memorable! He is sorely missed by all Trekkers and was indeed a Hollywood classic himself!
Gracious and supportive to us as ever William Shatner made sure first time Creation guest star Joan Collins (in her only convention appearance) was comfortable on stage, reunited decades after their ultra-popular classic Trek appearance together!

In general, questions for our celebrities are taken from the audience at microphones in the front of the audience area. Yelling of questions from the audience is disruptive and rude to everyone present and may result in being asked to leave the theatre and convention. We ask that everyone respect their fellow attendees.

Regarding the issue of alcoholic beverages at the convention: Due to the severity of infractions that have occurred recently, we have been advised that we can no longer allow alcohol to be present in our function rooms including the main theatre. This includes daily panel events, the karaoke party and the Saturday night concert. We kindly ask, for the evening events (karaoke, Saturday night concert), you do not bring bags. Water stations will be available in the room and, for those that have special medical needs, you can discreetly discuss those with security before entering. We regret that we've had to take this measure, but we must protect our audience and celebrities. We retain the right not to allow entrance into any of the events to anyone who shows up appearing intoxicated. We will call hotel security or, as a last resort, the police, if necessary, to protect our audience. Updates to this section on alcohol can occur at any time and if so will be noted on the schedule of events given out to each patron when they arrive at the convention on the front page.
ADA Rules on service animals
This event welcomes service animals as per The ADA rules. Service animals perform valuable work or tasks and are trained to provide help directly related to a person's disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and therefore are not permitted at our event.
All guests are announced when contracted, and all convention contracts include clauses allowing actors to cancel if they get film and/or television work. In the rare case of a guest cancellation we always try to do our best to replace performers. We cannot, however, refund tickets for a convention admission based on a guest cancellation, beyond of course specific autograph and/or photo op tickets which are not included in packages.
For those attending our conventions and making travel plans: please know that the majority of guests that appear on stage do so usually in the later part of the day (although that is sometimes different for actors working on a current series). Sometimes autographing runs into the evening or later when guests appear late in the day. Because we have to wait for guests to give us their flight information we cannot tell you in advance when these autograph sessions will occur until the convention schedule is posted at this website a few days before the event. For those out-of-towners that want to guarantee autographs of stars appearing on Sunday, we do suggest staying over or planning a later leaving time. More recently both Jensen and Jared's autographs have occurred starting around 6:30pm Sunday though there is no guarantee of that for this particular show.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL! We do suggest buying tickets only from the original source: through this website. Because all tickets are scanned for use at the convention, we can ONLY allow the first person in using each singular ticket. Autograph and photo op tickets are also scanned for one-time use.
Flashes occur from phone and cameras often during stage presentations. If you are sensitive to such lighting please be advised to take the necessary precautions. For our attendees, please keep flash photography to a minimum and try to learn how to get the best pictures in different lighting situations. Generally flash is not the best way to take photos at the convention. We will attempt to have a more detailed note page of getting the best pictures at conventions available soon.

Check it out: YOU are invited to be one of a very limited number of fans to be part of a brand new event: a narrated bus tour of the city of Houston by hometown boy made good Gil McKinney! This is a chance to get to check out many of the cities famed locations with the insights coming from someone famous who grew up there. Besides being a talented actor and sensational singer, Gil is also one of the most fan friendly guests we have so we know this premiere tour event (limited to approximately 50 fans) is going to be fantastic. It takes place THURSDAY January 26, 2017 (the day before the convention, with complimentary bus ride with Gil through the city. We meet at 9am outside the lobby of the hotel, quickly sign a release form, and board for our tour narrated by Gil. We return at 5pm and lunch is included, in a restaurant chosen by Gil.

What can we say about a gentleman we are deeply indebted to for amping up the entertainment level at our conventions? Richard's work on stage as MC is exceptionally entertaining and his quick wit manages to bring out the very best of our guests without overshadowing them. Richard, of course, has had a long career outside of Supernatural including work on Yes, Dear, Jag, Jericho, Justified, Band of Brothers and The Appomattox, amongst others. Naturally Richard will be with us all three days of the convention and of course we’re very proud of the fact that he has now become a director of SUPERNATURAL, CONGRATULATIONS Richard, one of the nicest guys in show biz -- and this will give us all some great juicy behind the scenes stories because Richard leaves it all on the stage! Richard's dedication to giving our attendees an awesome time at each gathering is an inspiration to us all.
Did you know when we started The Creation Entertainment Official SUPERNATURAL Conventions, these great performers didn't even know each other! Like so many fans, they became best friends, and we're thrilled to see their careers all doing great and leading to new endeavors. Richard, Matt and Rob are the anchor core of our 2017 Tour: don't miss their theatrical presentation on stage together (we guarantee laughs!), their photo ops and autographs.

“The Karaoke Kings” have announced their overall 2017 theme soon, above is the logo and you can come as any old time circus character you like. Richard is of course dressing as THE RINGMASTER and who better than Matt Cohen to portray THE STRONGMAN. There has never been a fandom party quite as unique and as much fun as Richard Speight Jr. and Matt Cohen’s The Karaoke Kings Party featuring Rob Benedict! On occasion there is a a varying roster of co-hosts joining Richard, we usually don't know who until before the show as Matt has a long-running job on General Hospital and sometimes cannot get to a city until too late Friday Night or until Saturday Morning. In any case we ALWAYS deliver a GREAT TIME TO ALL AT THESE EVENTS.
Dressing up is not mandatory, just for fun, but you can come as you are. Chairs are removed from the front of the theatre for those that wish to stand close to the action but there are seats in the rear for those that just want to chill and watch. Our DJ is available on Friday (see schedule of events for time) to meet fans that want to sing and help them with their song selections. While this is not a guarantee you will be selected, it is the only way to get in the running!
Our KARAOKE KINGS are large and in charge of our famous Free Karaoke Parties and are joined by special celebrity guest back-up singers, usually, but not always, our Friday guests. We really never know who Richard and Matt will bring to the party!

THE "SATURDAY NIGHT SPECIAL" CONCERT TICKET IS NOT A DAYTIME CONVENTION TICKET. IT IS A TICKET TO THE "SATURDAY NIGHT SPECIAL" CONCERT ONLY. You do not need a daytime convention ticket in order to attend this nighttime show. Just the nighttime show ticket.
In years past Louden Swain has stayed after the Saturday Night Special concert to sell and sign CDs and merchandise. In 2017, they will be signing any Louden Swain merchandise (other than photos) on both Saturday and Sunday during the day on a complimentary basis for any bought on site item (at a time set aside on the schedule you will get upon arriving). They will no longer be doing the night time signing.
Available tickets will be on sale at the convention.

Announcing Our 2017 Tour House Band: On Stage All Three Days
LOUDEN SWAIN has become an anchor for all of The Creation Entertainment Official SUPERNATURAL CONVENTIONS throughout 2017 in the US and Canada. They have become a mainstay attraction on stage throughout the days, and we can’t imagine a convention being as much fun for all (including the celebrity guests) without them.
They have added so much to the Official SUPERNATURAL Conventions; it’s helped take these fan gatherings boldly into a place that takes these affairs into the “vacation” vs. convention territory: it really is three days of non-stop live musical, comedy and improv entertainment! Here are some pictures of the band hard at work in 2013 including Jensen joining in for a brief part of "The Boys Are Back in Town" and in 2014 both Jared and Jensen participated with the band in a version of a Vanilla Ice Rap! More recently (in Vegas 2015 and at other events in 2016) Jensen has actually come to the concert and performed full songs and it tore the house down, so you never know fully what to expect! The audience went crazy! WE LOOK FORWARD TO WELCOMING LOUDEN SWAIN AS THE HOUSE BAND AT THIS OFFICIAL SUPERNATURAL CONVENTION. DON'T MISS IT!

Fronted by lead singer and actor Rob Benedict (known to Supernatural fans as Chuck Shurley and Carver Edlund), Louden Swain also includes bassist Mike Borja, lead guitarist Billy Moran and drummer Stephen Norton.
Each new album has arrived brimming with gumption and sparky intellect, leading to a lot of early buzz: “The LA pop rock band has a polished sound reminiscent of Marvelous 3,” says Kayley Thomas of Pop Matters, “one that crackles and sparks with wit, humor, and a powerful mix of intellectual and musical playfulness and maturity. Bursting with energy and whimsy.”
Benedict’s connections to the acting world – he has appeared on TV’s “Masters of Sex,” “Felicity,” “Alias” and “Supernatural” and films like “Waiting” – then led to the tune “Help You” being placed in the 2010 Jenna Fischer movie “A Little Help,” in which he co-starred. A successful tour of Europe through England, Germany and Austria also brought Louden Swain to new audiences.

THE SUPERNATURAL FAN MUSIC VIDEO CONTEST
One of the coolest highlights of the convention is the running of fan-produced Music Videos honoring SUPERNATURAL, its themes and characters. If you are a talented video editor now is your chance to show off your creativity and vie for prizes at The Creation Salute to Supernatural Convention Tour 2017.
Rules:one music video about SUPERNATURAL may be submitted on DVD only (please no computer-based media like CD accepted). PLEASE USE ONLY NTSC FORMAT FOR YOUR DVD. Entries are judged on the following criteria: video quality, audio quality, editing quality, inventiveness, song selection and originality. Humorous submissions are encouraged. Entries cannot be returned, and person submitting entry is granting Creation the right to play this entry in perpetuity at Creation events worldwide and/or online at the Creation website(s). Creation does not sell music videos so your entry will never be sold as a commercial product, just presented at our events/online.
Winners will receive a $100 gift certificate good for Creation merchandise (Creation merchandise only, excludes convention, autograph and photo-op tickets). Winners will be announced and certificates awarded on site. Please tell us which specific convention the music video is for and send in your video using order confirmation or signature required in order to know if it has arrived. Due to the high volume of entries for our Music Video Contests, we are forced to limit entries to those people actually attending the specific show they are entering for. You do not have to be present for the actual showing of your video, but you must claim your award on site before the end of the weekend or your award will be forfeited. Put that Winchester Brothers watching to monetary use by vying for our famous Trivia Competition: be the last person standing on stage and you could win up to $1400! It has happened! Usually this event is held on Friday.
Attitudes in Reverse is a 5013C nationally award-winning charity whose mission is to talk to children and young adults about good mental health and suicide prevention. We have talked to over 30,000 students in the last five years primarily in the Northeast. We have begun expanding to AZ, MN and CA this last year thanks to the generosity and support of Jared Padalecki, Gil McKinney, Mark Pellegrino and the entire SPNFamily.
Due to our attendance at cons we are able to get our message of Starting the Conversation out to thousands of people every year which is so incredibly important as the AKF campaign has shown over the last year and a half.

There have been too many people who, unfortunately, are copying their scannable tickets and reselling them to unsuspecting patrons. We turn away any ticket that comes up SCANNED ALREADY and will let ONLY the first person in.
The only way to avoid this issue is NOT to buy tickets from anywhere but Creation’s website or at the convention itself at registration.

In-person autographs with your favorite stars
Autograph and Photo Op Tickets do not include admission to the convention. You must have an admission ticket for the convention in order to redeem autograph and photo op tickets. Photography is not allowed during the autograph sessions.
Here is the incredibly rare chance to get an in-person autograph from the sensational stars of SUPERNATURAL. These stars will sign any item you bring from home or buy at the convention. There will be tons of great photographs and other collectibles available at the convention that will be suitable for signing purposes. If you have autographs included in the ticket packages you have purchased and you want more than one autograph per celebrity, you can purchase them here and then get all your signatures from that celebrity at the same (first) time you are called up.

We are asking that our audience does not delay photo ops or autographs by telling our stars personal stories of how the series has helped them during these sessions. Note: Guests usually appear ONE day of the convention, therefore, their autographing and/or photo ops take place that day, except in VERY rare occasions which will be noted. The photo op is such a precious moment and the last thing we want to do is ruin that experience. The maximum numbers of each photo op sold has not changed. With the growth of the SPN family there are a few folks who are not following the rules that have always been present. If everyone follows the rules there is no reason to change the way the photo ops have been done for years at the SPN conventions and we will be doing them in that original way as we move forward. Please don’t be the exception that causes a change to the time tested system that works well for everyone. Creation’s photos have long been the best and our goal is to continue that for all and as a reminder here are the rules as they stand.
If you’d like a pose, you can tell it to the guests, but please make sure you have your pose ready to go.
Bring a picture that shows the pose if you think you may have a hard time explaining it.
If you have props, please make sure they are easily held and ready to go.
Due to time constraints, here are some of the things we cannot allow: putting on clothing, blankets, ties etc…, floor poses, handcuffs, rose petals, confetti or anything that creates a mess that requires clean up.
Please do not asked to be picked up in the photo. We obviously do not want anyone to get hurt.
Please know, that if you want a hug, go for a “hug shot”. Please do not ask for a hug before or after the photo is taken as it takes up someone else’s photo op time. In place of sharing personal stories, some of our celebrities have asked that you contribute your story to their Facebook pages where they can look at personal stories at an appropriate time or you can choose to send items to the celebrity addresses on our website. It’s about respecting everyone’s convention experience including fellow fans, actors and staff. We only sell a certain number of photo ops at each show and want to make sure everyone gets the best photo op they possibly can. But we need your help in not slowing down the process.

Thanks for being with us! We really appreciate your visit and want to make sure you have the absolute best time! With that in mind a few rules to keep everyone safe:
1) ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT THE CONVENTION: Due to the severity of infractions that have occurred recently, we have been advised that we can no longer allow alcohol to be present in our function rooms including the main theatre. This includes daily panel events, the karaoke party, the Saturday night concert, meet & greets and tours. We kindly ask, for the evening events (Karaoke, Saturday Night Concert), you do not bring bags. Water stations will be available in the room. For those that have special medical or other needs that require bags, you can discreetly discuss those with security before entering and they will do a quick bag check for any items that are not permissible. All bags are open to inspection at any time. We regret that we’ve had to take this measure, but we must protect our audience and celebrities. We retain the right not to allow entrance into any of the events to anyone who shows up appearing intoxicated. We will call hotel security or, as a last resort, the police, if necessary, to protect our audience.

Read the full schedule for directions on when to show up for your photo ops as some sessions are called from the theatre by ticket number so you can relax, not wait on a huge line and overcrowd the photo op area. If calling of numbers is not indicated on the schedule, photo ops are done on a first come, first serve basis. Please be on time for your photo op as they move quickly and we cannot do re-takes. Special poses are at the discretion of the actors and could be based on flights, scheduling or other issues.
PHOTO OPS may be picked up in the photo pick up area when available. Full information on when photos will be ready is on a hand-out available in the photo op room. Personal photo-taking is not allowed in the photo op room at any time. Please put cell phones away when you’re in the photo ops room. We try our best to catch light glare on glasses, but it is extremely difficult to detect during the session. Be advised that we cannot be responsible for glare if you choose to leave your glasses on in your photo. Photo ops may be used for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Each photo op ticket can include up to two fans and you can have up to four fans (two tickets required) in one photo. We cannot accommodate more than four fans in any one photo. If you are accompanying a fan, but will not be in the photo, you must wait outside of the photo ops room unless you are with a minor or assisting someone with special needs, then you may wait on the other side of the room.

3) MAIN THEATRE RULES: PLEASE SIT ONLY IN THE SEAT YOU PURCHASED. PHOTO TAKING is from your seats only, don’t rush the stage when guests appear. NO SELFIE STICKS! Please limit flash (which does not make your photos better unless you are in the first few rows) photography. Those with sensitivity to flash please be aware that it does occur. Photos taken at our events are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
4) AUTOGRAPHING: Please have your items for signature out and ready during autograph sessions. Please move quickly through the line and refrain from sharing personal stories with the celebrities. We greatly understand the tremendous impact and help that Supernatural and its stars have given to many, but the sharing of those heart wrenching stories are better delivered as requested by many of our celebrities to their social media sites where they can see and read them, not at the convention which is a celebration and a place where we join together with them to have fun. At virtually all of the Supernatural Conventions we have professional trained counselors who can help those in need, please speak to them if you find you need to. Personalizing is at the discretion of the celebrity signing and/or may be affected by guest flights or other scheduling issues. You must bring something to have signed, either from home or an item purchased on site. Photo-taking of the celebrity guests during autograph sessions is not allowed. Only those with an autograph ticket may go up to the autograph table. If you are accompanying a fan, but do not have an autograph ticket, you must wait in another area until the process is finished, unless you are with a minor or assisting someone with special needs, then you may wait on the other side of the autograph area. If you have trouble standing let us know, if you are in a wheelchair or scooter please go with your row or by your number. Celebrities have the right to refuse to sign items that are deemed inappropriate.

6) AUDIO/VIDEO: At the request of some of our guests, no video/audio capturing or LIVE STREAMING! Anyone caught live streaming will be asked to leave.
7) CELL PHONES: Please turn cell phones off or to vibrate and refrain from talking when theatre is active.
8) Q&As: Some of our major star questions are done by lottery and names of winners are posted. We do not allow questions to be yelled from the audience if you did not get picked. Disruptive yelling will cause your removal from the session and convention without refund. ONLY ONE QUESTION MAY BE ASKED TO A CELEBRITY BY A FAN. PLEASE NO PERSONAL STORIES ABOUT YOURSELF. See above rule #4 about sharing personal stories. If you are lucky enough to get to ask a question, please do not ask for hugs or birthday requests. As you are representing all of us, kindly make your question a good well-thought-out one and perhaps something the guests have not been asked before. If you are in the question line, stand all the way to the side, as to not block the view of others. Q&A sessions start at the listed time and end at the listed time of the next stage activity.
9) AUTOGRAPH & PHOTO OP TICKETS: Please purchase autographs, photo ops & printed photos during Registration & Vendors Room hours! Tickets & merchandise will not be available once closed.
10) PRIVATE MEET & GREETS: Almost always starts on time. If you miss it, we cannot make up the time. Potential conflicts are posted in the schedule, so PLEASE make sure you follow the instructions in your meet & greet listing. If you need help, please let us know! Please bring your photo ID.
11) SECOND-HAND TICKETS: We don’t recommend buying tickets from anywhere but the Creation website or registration. All scannable tickets are checked and we can only allow the first one that goes through. After that, tickets with the same sku will come up as previously scanned. As of late, there have been more nice fans being taken advantage of when buying secondhand tickets, so please be careful! There is nothing we can do if your ticket shows up as previously scanned.
12) LOST OR MISPLACED ITEMS: As with any ticketed event, we are not responsible for lost or misplaced tickets. We cannot replace autograph or photo op tickets that are purchased at the convention, so PLEASE make sure your tickets are kept in a safe place.
13) CURRENCY: Please note that all expenditures at the convention for tickets, merchandise, photo ops, etc. are done in American dollars and will be converted as such on your credit cards. Depending on the rate of exchange at the time your credit card processes, if you are not from America, the price(s) may vary.
14) HARASSMENT POLICY: Creation is dedicated to providing a safe and harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, age or religion. We firmly believe in the ideals of one of our mentors, Star Trek’s creator, Gene Roddenberry. We do not tolerate harassment of any kind from anyone. Patrons violating these rules may be expelled from the convention (without a refund) at Creation’s discretion and hotel security may be called in to facilitate this response. If you have any issues with anyone, please ask to speak to Adam, Stephanie or Connie immediately. All of them are available on-site and can be reached through registration or by the convention MC/Host. Issues of this importance should not be handled by our volunteers, as great as they are.
15) SMOKE-FREE: Creation events are smoke-free environments, which includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
16) SERVICE ANIMALS: This event welcomes service animals as per the ADA rules. Service animals perform valuable work or tasks and are trained to provide help directly related to a person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and therefore are not permitted at our event.
Please abide by these rules when attending our gatherings. Creation reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not following the rules above.

One or more of them is available at each of our conventions and they can be reached through registration or by the convention MC/Host. Issues of this importance should not be handled by our volunteers, as great as they are.
By attending Creation events you agree to allow your image to be used on our website and in news documentaries or stories, either filmed by Creation Entertainment or other entities.

Flashes occur from phone and cameras often during stage presentations. If you are sensitive to such lighting please be advised to take the necessary precautions.
