ALL GUESTS are contracted to appear and all convention contracts specify that appearances are tentative and subject to change as film and television work demands take precedence as can a personal conflict. Our events will take place whether a specific guest cancels or not (we always try to book replacements) and therefore we can not issue admission ticket or ticket package refunds if a particular guest does not fulfill their appearance contract. Of course we will always refund separately purchased photo ops and autograph tickets for a guest if they cancel.

The vast majority of our guest celebrities take questions from the audience during their on-stage time. Therefore it is incumbent upon those that ask questions to make them ones that allow our mutual shared time with the celebrities to be enjoyable, interesting and entertaining for all (including the guest). Asking for hugs, telling stars we love them (we all do, that's why we're here), giving gifts, getting into long personal stories, or worse, is not acceptable for this format and, in fact, is quite self-centered when you are in essence "representing" all of fandom to a celebrity. Join us in trying to make this convention the best entertainment for everyone!

Convention Events

KLINGON KABARET Scheduled for Friday Night at 9pm, join us to spend a delightful evening with JG HERTZLER, ROBERT O'REILLY and SUZIE PLAXSON (Klingons all) and hosted by JEFFREY COMBS (who has played everything but a Klingon!). Don't miss the hilarious fun! This event is featured on a complimentary basis for all Gold Weekend Patrons (keeping the same seats you have during the daytime). For others tickets are available for $15 for general admission, $25 for reserved seating. Order in advance or pick up at the convention. Tickets available at the event.

KLINGONS LIVE - FIRST TIME CREATION EVENT! This is going to be awesome: ROBERT O'REILLY and J.G. HERTZLER will be appearing as Klingons' GOWRON and MARTOK live on stage on SUNDAY of the convention! And, GOWRON and MARTOK will do photo ops with attendees (see the photo op section below). Don't miss this exclusive super-event!

STAR TREK MOVIE REVIEWS It's our first chance to get YOUR reactions to the blockbuster film that has made movie history! Richard Arnold will be on hand to discuss the movie and get audience opinions, plus we'll talk about what we all want in the upcoming announced sequel!

We're happy to welcome RICHARD ARNOLD to our New Jersey Convention. As Gene Roddenberry's right hand man for 15 years Richard offers a unique and valuable insight into all things Star Trek and his presentations on stage are always enlightening and entertaining. This time around Richard can talk about the new feature film and his work as an "extra" in the production: very cool! Richard will also be speaking about his decades long friendship with the Roddenberry family as we honor the late Majel Barrett Roddenberry, "The First Lady of Star Trek".

THE AUTOGRAPH ROOM We have some cool celebrities on hand with booths throughout the weekend to meet fans and offer their autographs for a nominal fee. 2009 STAR TREK MUSIC VIDEO COMPETITION Rules: one music video about STAR TREK may be submitted on DVD only (please no computer-based media like CD accepted). PLEASE USE ONLY NTSC FORMAT FOR YOUR DVD. Entries are judged on the following criteria: video quality, audio quality, editing quality, inventiveness, song selection, and originality. Humorous submissions are encouraged. Entries can not be returned, and person submitting entry is granting Creation the right to play this entry in perpetuity at Creation events worldwide and/or on line at the Creation website(s). Creation does not sell music videos so your entry will never be sold as a commercial product, just presented at our events/on line. Winners will receive a $100 gift certificate good for Creation products. Winners will be announced and certificates awarded on site; if you are not present we will mail the certificate to you so be sure to include your return address, phone number and e-mail. Here is the best way to attend all DAYTIMES of the convention weekend. These are the benefits you get when you "go preferred weekend" for this convention:

1) You get the great reserved seating for daytime convention MAIN AUDITORIUM events, all three days. See all our celebrities up close, great for photographers too! The MAIN AUDITORIUM is where we have star appearances, Q&A, contests, videos, special events, and more. Your reserved seats are behind or to the sides of the GOLD WEEKEND PACKAGES.

2) SPECIAL CODED WRISTBANDS: once you get your GOLD coded wristband this allows you immediate entrance for the entire three days so you don't have to wait again.

Children 6 years to 12 years of age will be admitted with adults for the price of $15 available at the door only for general admission. Children under 6 years of age will be complimentary in general admission sections.

Autograph and Photo Op Tickets do not include admission to the convention, and you must have an admission ticket or package to get autographs or photo ops.

It's one of the favorite things to do at the convention: get in-person autographs from the stars we love! If you have autograph tickets included in your ticket package and you want additional ones you get them all at the first time you come up to the celebrity. We do signings in an orderly row by row fashion for package holders, followed by numbered tickets.

Note: Guests appear ONE day of the convention, so therefore their autographing and/or photo ops take place that day, except in VERY rare occasions which will be noted. If you are not attending all days of the convention it is wise to wait until specific days of appearance are announced before purchasing autographs or photo ops. Talk about awesome convention souvenirs and the subject usually rolls around to Creation's CELEBRITY PHOTO OPS which allow our wonderful attendees to grab a gorgeous 8 by 10 full color photograph with their favorite celebrities. Please read: PHOTO OP F.A.Q.

Due to security considerations and guest concerns we can no longer facilitate the giving of gifts to guests at the photo op sessions. We will be happy to accept gifts for our celebrity guests after 3pm daily at registration and we will gather them and make sure the guests get them. Please note that because guests usually travel by plane they are unable to take gifts home with them. We hope you understand the security issues involved. Thank you!

FREE PARKING

Creation Entertainment holds a "block" of rooms for our attendees as described above. These blocks of rooms have a lower rate than standard rates at the hotel, but they also have a "cut-off" point after which hotels may choose to revert back to their own higher rates for our customers. Usually this cut off date is one month prior to the event, but this does vary. Therefore it is always wise to book your rooms for our conventions as early as possible.
