They say that all good things must come to an end, and it is with sadness that today, February 6, 2018, we learned that ONCE UPON A TIME, the wonderful show we love, is wrapping up its seven year run with the current season. Therefore we have made our 2018 ONCE UPON A TIME Conventions a FAREWELL TOUR honoring all the great years of entertainment. Join us as we too wrap up our OUAT Official CONVENTION Tours with these gatherings. And a hearty thank you to all our great fellow fans and the stars that made this series and our past conventions times we’ll always remember!

Once Upon a Time has swept fans away with magical storytelling, lovable characters and a clever retelling of the classics we all grew up with. Through the years we’ve all been dedicated fans of the series and grown to love the characters and the performers who brought them to life. It has indeed been an honor and pleasure to present Official Conventions for the show and bring the talented cast live and in-person to their fans across the country. Now with the series drawing to a close it is time to roll out the red carpet one more time in ORLANDO for one final celebration and to let our guests know how much they have meant to us.

April, 2018: We have been informed that unfortunately GIL MCKINNEY is not able to attend this convention. GIL is being replaced by RAPHAEL SBARGE (Jiminy Cricket /Archie Hopper) and will be taking GIL’S place in the complimentary autographs for those who hold Gold packages. Those who have separate GIL autograph or photo op tickets may exchange your tickets for other available autographs or photo ops or you may turn in your GIL autograph and solo photo op at registration for a VOUCHER. Your Voucher is good for any available autograph and photo ops sold by Creation and Creation produced merchandise. If you would prefer a refund, please send the VOUCHER to Creation Entertainment, 217 S. Kenwood St., Glendale, CA 91205, Attn: Ed within ONE MONTH of the convention.
April 9, 2018: Jared Gilmore (Young Henry Mills) has been booked and is coming all three days. He is signing on a complimentary basis for gold patrons and others may purchase his ticket on this site or at the convention (if still available). He will also be participating in The Karaoke Party on Friday night and The Once Upon a Concert on Saturday.
Note: Michael Coleman will not be appearing at this convention. Those with separate items with Michael (separately purchased autographs and/or photo ops or duo photo ops), will receive a VOUCHER when you arrive good for purchase of any other autograph, photo op or admission ticket or Creation merchandise. Creation Entertainment has the right to refuse service to anyone who interferes with the safety and well-being of other patrons, staff, actors, Creation Entertainment and the establishment itself. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment of any kind both in advance and/or at a particular event, illegal activity, unreasonable rowdiness, patrons lacking adequate hygiene and inconsideration to others. Refusal of service shall never be based on race or color, National origin or citizenship status, religion or creed, sex, age, disability, pregnancy or genetic information, Veteran or Military status, marital status, sexual orientation or gender identity, medical condition, political affiliations or activities, or status as a victim of domestic violence, assault or stalking. If you have any issues with anyone, please ask to speak to Adam, Gary or Stephanie immediately. One or more of them is available at each of our conventions and they can be reached through registration or by the convention MC/Host.
Regarding the issue of alcoholic beverages at the convention: We do not allow alcohol to be present in our function rooms including the main theatre. This includes daily panel events and any night events. We kindly ask, for the evening event(s), you do not bring bags unless necessary. Water stations will be available in the room and, for those that have special medical needs, you can discreetly discuss those with security before entering and we will do bag checks. We regret that we've had to take this measure, but we must protect our audience and celebrities, and we’ve been advised that this is a necessity. We retain the right not to allow entrance into any of the events to anyone who shows up appearing intoxicated.
ADA rules on service animals: This event welcomes service animals as per the ADA rules. Service animals perform valuable work or tasks and are trained to provide help directly related to a person's disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and therefore are not permitted at our event.
All guests are announced when contracted, and all convention contracts include clauses allowing actors to cancel if they get film and/or television work. In the rare case of a guest cancellation we always try to do our best to replace performers. We cannot, however, refund tickets for a convention admission based on a guest cancellation, beyond of course specific autograph and/or photo op tickets which are not included in packages.
For those attending our conventions and making travel plans: please know that the majority of guests that appear on stage do so usually in the later part of the day (although that is sometimes different for actors working on a current series). Sometimes autographing runs into the evening or later when guests appear late in the day. Because we have to wait for guests to give us their flight information we cannot tell you in advance when these autograph sessions will occur until the convention schedule is posted at this website a few days before the event. For those out-of-towners that want to guarantee autographs of stars appearing on Sunday we do suggest staying over or planning a later leaving time.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL! We do suggest buying tickets only from the original source: through this website. Because all tickets are scanned for use at the convention we can ONLY allow the first person in using each singular ticket. Autograph and photo op tickets are also scanned for one time use. WE’VE NOTICED A PICKUP IN BOGUS TICKETS and well-meaning fans being ripped off by those that have just resold copied tickets.
Flashes occur from phone and cameras often during stage presentations. If you are sensitive to such lighting please be advised to take the necessary precautions. For our attendees please keep flash photography to a minimum and try to learn how to get the best pictures in different lighting situations. Generally flash is not the best way to take photos at the convention. We will attempt to have a more detailed note page of getting the best pictures at conventions available soon.
Unlike other genre conventions, Creation Entertainment has a strict policy to not "oversell" tickets. Every attendee, no matter what ticket they purchase, will have a seat in the main auditorium to see the major guests and join the main events! We believe in a more personal convention for fans, by fans, that leaves you with memories that last a lifetime!

Our vendor area is small compared to a massive “comic con” that covers many properties, and that’s how we like it. Our conventions provide a more personal experience, and that extends into the vendor area, to give the fans (and celebrities) a more rewarding show. You won't have to wade through seas of merch you aren't interested in just to find the gold because we bring only the best to our vendor area.

THE ONCE UPON A TIME FAN MUSIC VIDEO CONTEST
Are you a talented video editor? A walking encyclopedia of all the exciting moments from Once Upon a Time who thinks, "These would be awesome set to music?" Here is your chance to flex your creative muscles, and fan knowledge, to compete for prizes at OUAT Official Convention 2018 shows! Entries are judged on the following criteria:
Video, audio and editing quality
Inventiveness
Song selection and originality
Humorous submissions are encouraged!
Winners will receive a $100 gift certificate good for Creation merchandise (excludes convention, autograph and photo op tickets), and will be played on screens at the Official Once Upon A Time Conventions! Winners will be announced and awarded at the specific show.
Rules, submission guidelines and anything else you might need to know:
One OUAT music video may be submitted, and only one.
All submissions must be on DVD and in a sleeve or jewel case to be accepted. ONLY NTSC
FORMATED DVDs WILL BE ACCEPTED.
In your submission you must list the specific convention the music video is for.
Entries are limited to people attending the specific event. This is due to an overwhelming number
of submissions.
Please keep the submissions under five minutes.
Winners are announced at the event.
You do not have to be present for the actual showing of your video, but you must claim your
award at the show before the end of the weekend or your award will be forfeited.
The competition closes 40 days prior to the convention. We will NOT make any exceptions to
this.
Don't forget about the great supporting cast members of the show!
We ask that you do not use footage from shows other than OUaT.
Entries cannot be returned, and person submitting entry is granting Creation the right to play this
entry in perpetuity at Creation events worldwide and/or online at the Creation website(s).
Creation does not sell music videos so your entry will never be sold as a commercial product,
just presented at our events/online.
Do not submit the same video for multiple events. It will not be considered after its first
submission. This also goes for videos that have been recycled with only minor changes.

The GOLD WEEKEND PACKAGE is the ultimate way to attend the entire convention and see everything we offer! Here's what the Gold Weekend Package includes:
1) Reserved Seats:
Reserved seats of your choosing in the main theatre where all of the major guests appear and events happen! These seats are yours exclusively all three days, no fighting for a good seat or having to defend your domain!
2) In-person Autographs:
In-person autographs from amazing celebrity guests like LANA PARRILLA, COLIN O’DONOGHUE, BEVERLEY ELLIOTT, LEE ARENBERG, RAPHAEL SBARGE, CHRIS GAUTHIER, ANDREW WEST, ROSE REYNOLDS, JARED GILMORE and KAREN DAVID are included in your Gold Package. This is the most economical way to attend all three days of the convention. You get a guaranteed seat in the theatre to see all the guests and events during the daytime, except the TWO special Gold Only panels, one set for each day. You are able to purchase any autographs or photo ops that are available as well as, of course, gain access to the vendors area. Note: Michael Coleman will not be appearing at this convention. Those with separate items with Michael (separately purchased autographs and/or photo ops or duo photo ops), will receive a VOUCHER when you arrive good for purchase of any other autograph, photo op or admission ticket or Creation merchandise. Note: Guests appear ONE day of the convention, so therefore their autographing and/or photo ops take place that day, except in VERY rare occasions which will be noted. If you are not attending all days of the convention it is wise to wait until specific days of appearance are announced before purchasing autographs or photo ops. Creation Entertainment holds a "block" of rooms for our attendees. These blocks of rooms have a lower rate than standard rates at the hotel, but they also have a "cut-off" point after which hotels may choose to revert back to their own higher rates for our customers. Usually this cut-off date is one month prior to the event, but this does vary. Therefore it is always wise to book your rooms for our conventions as early as possible.

It is not acceptable, due to studio rules, to sell prints of your artwork of the characters that are owned by the series studios. Also, our venues do NOT allow the sale of food products as they consider them competitive.

WE FINALIZE SCHEDULING as WE GET CLOSER TO THE EVENT. Generally convention ACTIVITIES START AT 10 a.m. and end at 7 p.m., but SOMETIMES AUTOGRAPHING RUNS INTO THE evening, SO PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY! A few of the major signings usually start later on Sundays, so it is recommended that you plan to stay late or stay overnight. THE FINAL SCHEDULE IS ALWAYS POSTED on THE WEDNESDAY PRIOR TO THE CONVENTION. This is DUE TO THE FLIGHT ITINERARIES AND SHOOTING SCHEDULES OF OUR CELEBRITY GUESTS.
All guests and scheduling are tentative and subject to change.
ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
We are not responsible for orders that are rejected during processing that may be due to customer errors (usually caused because the customer does not complete the entire ordering process to the very end), credit card failures (usually caused when there are not enough funds in an account or the credit card company rejects the charge for any number of reasons including out-of-state ordering or unfamiliar ordering to the customers’ general pattern), or system errors during transmission of the order.

All ticket prices are subject to change, please order as early as possible.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation of the convention, or a date change, Creation Entertainment is not responsible for refunding airfare or any other costs other than the payments made directly to Creation Entertainment for ticketing. Also in the unlikely event, due to weather, transit issues or last-minute illness or other reason given by celebrity, an advertised guest does not make their appearance at the convention, Creation Entertainment is not responsible for any refunds other than separate tickets specific to the guest autograph tickets or photo op tickets. In the extremely rare chance that a guest does not finish his or her autographs or photo ops (which has only happened in a handful of cases over 40-plus years, always due to something out of our control) Creation Entertainment will only be responsible for the refund of the separate autograph or photo op ticket.
In the extremely rare case (which has never happened before) our computer systems may accept more tickets than we have allotted for, we would refund ticket money to the last several people (in order) who did manage to get a confirmation or ticket. As we've said it has never happened, but we want to have a fair scenario in place it if does occur.
Flashes occur from phone and cameras often during stage presentations. If you are sensitive to such lighting please be advised to take the necessary precautions.
