VENDOR INFORMATION


Fangoria's Weekend of Horrors Vendor Policies

  • When buying a vendor’s table you are purchasing 2 1/2 feet by 6 feet of tabletop space to sell from. Booths are 8 feet by 10 feet each. All vendors agree to stay within their specified space and not encroach into the aisles or any other vendor’s space.

  • Tables come with two (2) and booths come with four (4) complimentary WEEKEND VENDOR PASSES in the form of specially coded wristbands that allow you into the vendor’s room during set-up and closedown periods. It is necessary for us to physically place these wristbands on, no exceptions. Please make sure to wear them throughout the weekend, as we cannot replace them. WRISTBANDS will generally be given out during vendor set-up hours.

  • All vendors agree that their tables will be open and operational during all of the hours the event is open to the public.

  • All states require for every vendor to obtain a valid tax id number, so if you're planning to sell at an event. It is your responsibility as a vendor to obtain the proper tax id number for the state you would like to participate in. Before you submit your vendor order form through our web site, please make sure you have a valid tax id number for the state which the convention will be held.

  • Any vendor selling "bootleg" DVDs will be closed down without refund. We are dependent upon maintaining great relationships with the copyright owners and cannot risk this by allowing the sale of unauthorized merchandise.

  • Vendors cannot display pornographic (and/or any other inappropriate) materials at our events. Please keep in mind that Fangoria's Weekend of Horrors attracts children of all ages so be sure that you are mindful of age limits when displaying and/or selling your merchandise.

  • Vendors may not distribute literature promoting other genre events without the pre-written consent of Creation Entertainment. We often allow this to occur if the event you wish to promote is not directly competitive to existing or planned Creation events. Distribution of promotional flyers for competing genre conventions without permission will result in your space being closed without refund.

  • Vendors agree to hold harmless Creation Entertainment and any of its production partners from loss or damage of merchandise or injury sustained during attendance at its events. Exhibit rooms are watched by security or locked by the facilities during non-show hours. Creation takes no responsibility for items lost or stolen during these hours: it is up to vendors to carry insurance for their goods.

  • Please keep your area neat and clean. Kindly bring along a trash bag to collect your garbage and food leftovers. Your help in keeping the facility clean allows us to come back next time!

  • Vendors may not "sublet" their space to other companies or persons.
